The document looks fine on my end. My client sent a screenshot of what the document looks like. All the words look like one long sentence. No spaces. What do I need to do to fix this?

Could you ask your client if it is possible for them to open the envelope on a different browser or computer?

My client was able to see the document clearly using Chrome.
