Good Day,

Would someone please advise if it is best practice to use Maestro with Web Forms or PowerForms?

We already have existing PowerForms that we’d like to leverage with Maestro, but we need to know for long-term purposes if it may be more value to transition PowerForms to Web Forms before integrating them into a Maestro workflow?

Thank you

Since Docusign Web Forms provide more features and additional benefits compared to PowerForms, such as when an envelope is counted, I personally recommend transitioning to Web Forms for long-term purposes.

In the future, there will be further enhancements to Web Forms and an even deeper integration with Docusign Maestro, whilst there are no enhancements planned for PowerForms.
