Docusign Workflow Builder

Hello, Just wondering if anyone else is struggling with the update to Agreement Rules since they became “Powered By Maestro.” All my old rules that aren’t “Powered By Maestro” are working great, they upload things to my Google Drive and upload to the connected Google Sheet with no issue. Now though I’ve had nothing but issues. The Rules aren’t working even when all the conditions are met, the agreements won’t auto upload and the export data to a Google Sheet is the most egregious. The Raw Data tab doesn’t appear, the information doesn’t seem to be connecting at all anymore. Not sure why the Rules needed to be connected with Maestro when Maestro is a Workflow system and the Rules are simple automations. This is really breaking a lot of the systems my team has in place. If anyone else has experienced this and has any solutions (like how to make Rules not powered by Maestro) please let me know. I have set up my first Meastro workflow. It is a simple web form that exports the data to a google sheet in a shared drive. When I test, I see the submissions coming through as expected. However, it looks like we have had 10 or so submissions this month that are not being written to the Google Sheet. Only the one test ones I submitted are there. I did not receive any error messages that these did not go through. Is there any troubleshooting things I could check to see why these failed silently? 

I created a Workflow Builder (formerly Maestro) flow earlier this year (January) to extract/export information to a Google Sheet and save the final signed document to Google Drive when a specific template is used. It is currently working as set up. I would now like to change to which folder on Google Drive the signed document is uploaded. I have a business pro account. When I try to add an attachment field to a webform, it says that “Attachment fields are only supported when this form is used in a Workflow Builder (formerly Maestro) workflow.” I am wondering if I have the ability to use a Workflow Builder (formerly Maestro) workflow, or if there is another way to create a webform where the end user will be able to upload an attachment? 

Hi everyone,I’m setting up our first Workflow Builder (formerly Maestro) workflow and hitting a roadblock with the final export step.The Issue: > When attempting to export to a Google Sheet located in a Shared Drive, the workflow consistently fails. However, when I point the export to a file in a Personal Drive, it works perfectly.The shared drive is correctly connected and we are able to save to and upload from the shared drive.  Has anyone run into this frustrating wall?Thanks in advance!

As an Admin, how can I search and see an envelope created by someone else?

Can a data column with the names of the remainder approvers be available for the Envelope Recipient Report ?

What does this mean? "Each recipient must have an authentication type specified." I have never had this come up before. How do I get rid of it?

Unable to create Workflow Builder (formerly Maestro) with Salesforce. After installing Salesforce from App Center, we tried to add connection to salesforce. After adding the credentials it is not refreshing the page. A blank white page shows and it does not redirect back to Docusign. Tried multiple times and it is not connecting

As per the older posts I have tried to locate the "My Preferences" tab and the "Contacts" tab of which i have neither anywhere on my profile, even when clicking my account icon. The only way i can see my contacts is when I click on the address book icon when inserting the name of the addressee. However when I click on this, I am unable to edit the contacts information. I am at a loss and I do not understand how something which should be incredibly simple is turning out to be such a difficult task.

How do I change the default email text and subject? Can it be tied to a template so that each form template has a different default subject/text that is customized?

We have an issue where people enter incorrect or incomplete information in a document and then sign it so they can’t edit it. We want to have a workflow where they enter the information, someone reviews it and then either sends it back to them to fix, or sign if it’s correct. We have Workflow Builder (formerly Maestro) - any ideas??

Hello, new to Docusign.I’m setting up a DocuSign Workflow Builder (formerly Maestro) workflow and want to know if it’s possible to have one of my web form questions (multiple choice with three options), where selecting one of the options automatically checks a box in the contract template I have connected.

When I select the "Templates" header, the Template page loads on Docusign. However, there is not any option there to create a new template. Am I missing something?
