Hi @DianaJ—great question!

The Envelope Recipient Report doesn’t currently offer a column that shows which approvers or signers are still pending. Instead, those details are displayed in separate rows.

My suggestion is to export the report and filter by envelope id to see all recipients for a given envelope, along with their signing order and other details.

Under the Action column, "Sent" means it's already sent to the recipient, waiting for them to act, while "Created" means it’s queued for their turn. They’ll receive the envelope only after the previous signer or approver has completed their part (if there is a signing order). Both Sent and Created represent remaining approvers/signers.

Hope it helps. Let us know if you have questions—we've got you!

Thank you for the recommendation. We will be creating a good number of envelopes for our internal process and filtering by one envelope at a time wont satisfy our reporting purposes. We would like to request having a column that can show the remainder pending approvers, can this be done?

Thank you,
