How to locate my address book and edit contacts

As per the older posts I have tried to locate the "My Preferences" tab and the "Contacts" tab of which i have neither anywhere on my profile, even when clicking my account icon.

The only way i can see my contacts is when I click on the address book icon when inserting the name of the addressee. However when I click on this, I am unable to edit the contacts information.

I am at a loss and I do not understand how something which should be incredibly simple is turning out to be such a difficult task.

Hi everyone,

I experienced identical issue and may have found the solution.

  • click on you account, right above corner
  • select "my preferences"
  • select "contact' - left side of your screen
  • here you see all your used email addresses which you can edit, delete, share.

Thanks for reaching out to the Docusign Community.

Is the contact you are trying to edit a shared contact? If so, that is the reason why you are unable to edit it. If the contacts are shared, you will not have permission to edit or delete them. Only the creator of the shared contact can make changes.
