I have a business pro account. When I try to add an attachment field to a webform, it says that “Attachment fields are only supported when this form is used in a Maestro workflow.” I am wondering if I have the ability to use a Maestro workflow, or if there is another way to create a webform where the end user will be able to upload an attachment?

Hello @ikNCLT

Thank you for reaching out, and welcome to the Docusign Community! We appreciate your question and assure you that we are fully committed to providing you with the best service possible.

Maestro workflow is part of Docusign Maestro and allows more advanced form and workflow capabilities, including attachments as part of an automated agreement process. However, Maestro is not included automatically in standard Business Pro eSignature plans; it’s a capability tied to Docusign’s Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) platform and may require additional licensing or plan upgrades. I highly recommend that you reach out to your account administrator and create a support case to check whether this is a backend setting that can be enabled for your account, or if you need to upgrade your plan.
