Review entered information before sending back for signature

We have an issue where people enter incorrect or incomplete information in a document and then sign it so they can’t edit it. We want to have a workflow where they enter the information, someone reviews it and then either sends it back to them to fix, or sign if it’s correct. We have maestro - any ideas??

Have you looked into using Collaboration?

When you enable Collaboration on fields for an envelope, you’re allowing recipients to edit fields that were assigned to earlier recipients before the envelope is completed. This is useful if you want later signers to be able to correct, update, or add information without having to send the document back through the signing order.
