I am trying to understand how to reuse a document uploaded through an Agreement Request desk inside a Maestro workflow and include it in an eSignature envelope.
My workflow starts from a Web Form that contains several fields and one attachment field where the user uploads a document. The uploaded file is visible in the Agreement Desk request.
However, I am confused about which step should be used next:
- "Prepare document" seems to generate a document from a document template
- "Get document from request" seems to retrieve documents generated from a document template in Agreement Desk
- but my document is uploaded by the user through the Web Form, not generated from a template
So my question is:
How can I reuse a document uploaded via a Web Form attachment field and include it as a document in the "Send documents for signature" step in Maestro?
Is "Get document from request" expected to work with Web Form attachments, or is there another way to map these files into the envelope?
