Using Two Separate Docusign Accounts To Execute An Agreement

The signing process for our agreements initiates through our Docusign eSignature account. The customer signs first, then it is routed to us for our signature. However, we have a high-profile customer that refuses to use that process. They want us to send them a PDF version of the agreement and they route it through their Docusign account with us signing first. Is there a way we can route it through our Docusign eSignature account internally first then send them the signed version without locking it up?

Is anyone else having issues with Envelopes not being sent to recipients?

I've sent the same envelope several times to the proper recipients (yes, their emails are correct) and it shows from my end that the envelope is sent, however, the recipients say they have received nothing and I also am not receiving the copy I set for myself to receive. Anyone experiencing the same issue?

Signature authentification failure

having a problem with authenticating signatures on documents that are downloaded as combined PDF. When a document is downloaded as a combined PDF along with the certificate of authentification, the signatures are not recognised by Adobe Acrobat. However, when I download the same document as a seperate PDF document from the certificate of authentification, the signatures are recognised and can be authenticated by Adobe Acrobe. For our purposes we need to download all documents as combined PDFs and signatures must be authenticated. Please help.

SMS Delivery Issues & Setting Up Access Code

Sharing one of the challenges faced by our client. Do we have a solution for this?“We are encountering a challenge with SMS authentication codes in DocuSign. We send over 300 envelopes daily, all configured with SMS authentication. However, in some instances, the SMS authentication codes are not delivered, necessitating envelope corrections to manually add access codes.Our audit team permits setting up access codes only when SMS delivery fails. Given that correcting envelopes becomes a major task when hundreds need adjustments, and IT admins often miss this task due to other priorities, we need a solution to automatically set up access codes when SMS fails, without requiring manual envelope corrections.”

Anchor string not being detected if string is added to the PDF dynamically

I am generating a PDF that prints values into text fields on the PDF. One of the values that prints is being used as an anchor string for a required signature. The string is as follows: /required_buyer_signature/I then flatten the PDF and send it to docusign to obtain signatures. However, docusign is unable to detect the anchor string. When I open the pdf that is generated in adobe reader and use adobe’s search functionality to search for “/required_buyer_signature/”, it’s able to find the string (see screenshot below). Is there any reason why docusign is not able to detect the anchor string?NOTE: when i change the anchor string to something that is on the PDF document itself (e.g. “By signing below”), meaning the value is not dynamically generated, then docusign is able to find the anchor string and places the signature tab over that string. So I’ve narrowed the issue down to docusign not detecting dynamically generated values that print inside a PDF text box, but I assumed flattening

Use Powerform issue: This envelope cannot be sent because it was already digitally signed, and is not in a valid state to resend.

Hello, I have an error message when I use a Powerform I created, same when making a copy and trying to use it. Once I go to template > select the powerform and click “USE”, I then fill-in the recipients info and click to send. The page refreshes with the red error message: “This envelope cannot be sent because it was already digitally signed, and is not in a valid state to resend.”Note: I don’t have this error message when I use the Powerform link. The documents part of the template/powerform does not contain any signature yet it’s docx documents with anchor tags placed on the template.Support is not able to help apart of telling me to recreate it which does not fix...Thank you,

Can't see transferred envelopes

I am an admin, so can transfer envelopes. I did this for a user and she cannot find them. So I tested by transferring an envelope from a user to me, and I cannot find it either. Anyone have an idea on this? I have verified filters so that it isn’t it.

Hello, Is it possible to disable “Manage Shared Access” button for all or specific users? If not, then is it possible to enable notifications with Shared Access? For example, as an admin if I give user A Shared Access to user B’s envelopes, I want that both users should receive notifications of this change. Thanks!

Hello. All of a sudden when I try to download completed signed documents out of docusign- I am unable to download and save them to my desktop as it says “needs permission to download”. Please help! How do I fix this!

Client able to email the sender

We went live recently with DocuSign using a template. It’s in pilot currently and we found that the clients are able to reply to the email they are getting with the link to fill the form out. This is not supposed to happen, we have their emails hidden for a reason. We cannot have the clients emailing these people directly. We just want them to the fill the form out and not be able to do anything else. Did I miss a checkmark or something? Please advise. Thank you!

Template editor appears broken

I’m having an issue creating a template. When I try to edit a template, I don’t see the fields in the editor. When I add a field, the right-hand panel is empty. I have a house sale contract that has some initials at the bottom of each page. Due to then length of the initials , the initial is being cutoff by the right side of the page. The initial is only half showing because of this. Could someone tell me if this still a legal initial or void since it’s been cutoff. Or is it still valid because it’s a Docusign entered initial. thankyou

Annual Compliance Distribution

We must distribute a policy document to our board of directors for review and signature each year. Every board member needs to sign. Is there a way to send a document in one envelope to multiple individuals without having multiple signatures on that document? I.e., the end result desired is to have a set of individually signed policy statements.

Adding Fields Disabled in My Account

I have a personal account where I want to send a document to be signed. I need to add fields, but it’s giving me this error message:The account administrator has disabled adding fields.I don’t ever recall being a part of any group. I checked my settings and I have admin privileges, but there are some settings I can’t edit. However, I can’t see anything in the settings that is preventing me from adding fields to a document I want to use.In contrast, I had my friend create an account, and they were able to do everything normally. What am I doing wrong here?

Before the “New” design, you could pre-tick check boxes and now you can’t. Can you please re-enable that feature? Anyone else having problems with the new system?
