I am trying to add 5 of the same templates to a singular envelope.  I need each one of the 5 templates to have unique information in each of the predetermined fields.  I can’t seem to find the settings to allow that.  When I change the information on one template, it changes all of them.  

I sent out a purchase contract for 3 signers to sign and set signing order. All of them say that they signed it but the document still shows “In Progress” and only the last signers signature is visible. How can they sign it! Help as this is an urgent matter. My clients are in a multiple offer situation and will lose out on their offer if this isn’t solved immediately. Extremely urgent.

Can we prevent 2nd signer from not modifying 1st signer entered details? If 1st signer entered their full name and document sent to 2nd signer, how can we prevent 2nd signer from not modifying the details entered by 1st signer?

I have a dropdown field names ‘Brand’. The value chosen here should be the default value in another field in the intake form while filling the form. How is this possible?

Hello, all! I have created a Workflow Overview report in my Docusign CLM environment. This report is for a rolling date of 1 day and should show results where the Status is Failed. In most instances, this works, but some failed workflow instances are not returning on the report (even with an increase in the date range). Are there any reasons why this might be the case? In looking at the Docusign Support documentation for Workflow Overview Reports, I see that “[workflow] reports include only workflows that contain human steps,” but my workflow contains several human steps. We have even tried modifying the workflow to include a human step BEFORE the point of failure, but the failed instance is still not returning on the report. Any advice or assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I have two independent workflows, one for generating a contract and another where user can upload the document and some routing logic. Is it possible to have the second worflow’s docgen config’s document to get populated from the first? It contains some additional fields user needs to fill but I want the uploading to happen automatically. I was looking into “Create or Upload Doc” step but have not been successful yet.

I received a PDF document already signed by email from a third party. It contains a DocuSign Envelope ID number. How can I verify the veracity of this signature? 

Hi,We have recently starting using doc u sign to capture supplier bank details.  However our Manager still insists we telephone each supplier to confirm their bank details.  In case the information on doc u sign has been manipulated.This is a very time consuming task as we may have 40 new suppliers a week.Is it possible for someone to intercept and change bank information? Or how can i prove that doc u sign is totally safe.Thanks   

Hi, how can I setup DocSign so that I can ask sign by multiple person to 1 document?

When I first set up my sales agreement the first recipient signed the document then it routed to the second signer. It is now sending to both before the first signature was completed?  

I sent 2 documents with 30 minutes to the same person. He received the first one, but not the second. I resent it to him and he still did not receive it. I then created another agreement and he did not get that one either. He has checked his spam and the agreement is not there. It seems as if he has been blocked after receiving the first agreement.

My signer - I’ve sent to 2 people - isn’t receiving anything? But it shows in docusign it’s been sent and it’s “waiting”

Hello,I have just been activated by my company to use DocuSign. I can get logged in but when I try to start, the create envelope popup box just spins. I had a free account and canceled it. I was told that was the reason but it is still doing it.Please help, I need to use it for a project I am working on.Thank you,

Hi, I am using a suppress tag to only show the discount row when there is a discount but its not working when the value of the discount is greater than zero. It hides the row when the discount is zero but does not show when there is a discount. What am i doing wrong?<# <SuppressTableRow Select="/Account/SC_Discount_Rate__c" Match="0%" /> #>

I am trying to downgrade. I’ve watched the video. I am the administrator; however, when I log in, I do not have Admin at the top ribbon so I cannot follow the directions in the video. Please help.

Does anyone know how we go about dating a document electronically once it has all been signed.  I cannot see an option to add a date at the end of the signing procedure?When using Sign-It, it has an option to add in a person who is to date the document but we cannot see the option on Docusign? Thank you  

I know there’s a way to enable comments and then check the “allow senders to override,” but is there a way to do the opposite?  I want comments disabled by default but allow senders to enable comments only on their specific envelopes. Our organization has 30,000+ people, so we don’t want comments on for everybody, just the senders who need them. Thanks!

I have been trying to get help from customer care for four days. I opened a ticket, heard back, replied, and then have heard nothing from Docusign. My account was crossed with another account and I cannot send envelopes because of it. I pay for a service I cannot use. I need access to my account straightened out. Is there someone I can speak with who will actually take action. 

I am trying to review documents from the link in the email. I am getting this error. I created a nonprofit account and can’t find any of my envelopes. I cannot get my invoices which I need for my taxes since I don’t have a subscription. They also don’t send them via email and don’t allow me to contact customer support to ask for it unless I pay. THIS IS ILLEGAL  - you must provide invoices for TAXES.In Europe people need the invoices for taxes.Hello Docusign - please send them to me for JAN + FEB by today - I need them today.Please change that feature ASAP.

Hi Guys,Quick question, I’m looking at a task that was uploaded a while back, the status says it’s in a queue for legal review but then when I look at the status in the folder it says the task is not currently in a workflow, why would that be? 

HiLooking at imbedding T&C’s into a document but once the document converts to PDF the T& C’s are unable to be opened and read. Is there a way around this ? or would these need to go as a separate upload ?
