I set up a free trial to try using docusign for the first time. Immediately upon creating my account I was met with a server error which reads “Server Request Error: Could not load settings”. Clicking on the home page I see that I am logged in, as it shows my initials, but clicking on any option in the dropdown under my profile brings me back to this problem.
There is an additional “auth error” that shows up on certain pages stating that if an account was just made, to wait 15 minutes, and if nothing changes contact support. I am still having that problem more than 15 minutes later, so it seems to be a generic problem the docusign backend.
Nevermind, it appears to now be fixed, it just took a while to work, thanks
We had the same issue. I hope ours will resolve as well.
Hi there
It looks like the issue is related to this Bug Docusign Status - Prod: Users may may have experienced errors across eSign, CLM, Rooms (DIRCA-2956). We know bugs can be frustrating, and we apologize for the hassle.
The goodnews is our engineering team immediately implemented the fix.
Appreciate the update
