- Are they listed under Waiting for Others? If so, and you open the specific envelope, does it still show as incompletely signed? If you can provide a screenshot, the better (please do not include any Personal Identifiable Information)
- Have you verified that they are the same envelopes? Can you check the envelope IDs to see if they match?
