Hello, 

I am facing some issue due to yahoomail outage today. 

Let me try to explain the situation:

• my friend’s solicitor sent him a document to sign with a witness
• my friend sent it to me on my yahoo email address
• unfortunately, as yahoo had outage my email is lost
• now my friend is not able to send me email again , or change the witness , or send me reminder

what can we do so I am able to sign it as witness. I didnt have docusign account before my friend sent the request so I dont see it on my account or app.

please help.
