I purchased Docusign Business Pro for the sole reason of using Powerforms.  There is a glitch, as it seems many are having this trouble according to these message boards.  

Wasted purchase.  no resolution. I want a refund.  Your site is telling me I cannot have a refund, it’s been 3 days of use.  What you sold does not work.  

I am well within to receive a refund. 

please advise.

We recognize that when features don't function as expected, it can be frustrating, and we regret to hear you're considering cancelling your subscription. But we’re here to help make the process as smooth as possible.

As you do not see an option for a refund, it is possible that the qualifications were not met. Please see our Docusign Refund Policy for more information:

  • If you cancel your newly-purchased Docusign account per the Terms and Conditions before 30 days pass, you may request a refund for the full purchase price (one-time only to any person or entity
  • If your account is up for renewal, you must submit your cancellation request within 14 days of your renewal date
  • The 30-day refund request window applies to the initial term of annual plans only.
  • Month-to-month plans are not eligible for refunds except in the European Union and Brazil

WHEN PURCHASED FOR THE SOLE PURPOSE OF POWERFORMS, AND POWERFORMS ARE GLITCHING AND NOT WORKING, NOT AVAILABLE, NO SUPPORT TO MAKE THEM AVAILABLE, IT SEEMS A REFUND WOULD BE IN ORDER.

Yes, I have had nothing put general copies of all the information one can find online.  If you’re unable to access and help me from here, I’m really at a loss for words.

Again, NO SOLUTION.  there was never a call to my phone on July 15.  I need a solution offered, at minimum a call or I need a refund.
