I tried logging into my Docusign account after a long time. I’m on a personal account. When I tired logging in, it said to check my Authenticator app for a login code. I did not have this setup. I found instructions to set this up, however, it said to go to the Privacy & Security settings in my profile but the Privacy & Settings option does not show up in the Profle. Are personal accounts able to setup Authenticator app logins?

Yes, personal docusign accounts can be set up to use an authenticator app for two-step verification. This adds an extra layer of security when logging in, requiring a code generated by an authenticator app on your device and your password.
See below for details on How To Turn Off Two-Step Verification. If it doesn’t show on your end, try to clear the cache and cookies in your browser before logging in or use incognito to access docusign.com and try to log in.
You can turn off two-step verification for your account at any time. Docusign will keep your verified authentication methods on file for account recovery, password reset, and re-enabling two-step verification.
To turn off two-step verification:
- Select your profile image and Manage Profile.
- Select Privacy & Security.
- If you need to, please log in to your account to authenticate.
- In the Login Security section, toggle off two-step verification.
Your account's two-step verification is turned off, and you receive a confirmation message to all your verified phone numbers and emails.
