Hi - we have an ongoing issue preventing us from completing an bulk uploads. We have received one helpful response which indicated a potentially domain issue. However, when ‘claiming’ our Domain, the application ahs been sitting at ‘pending for over a week - not sure where to turn to next for a solution. The post below provided the domain related suggestion. We have a) followed the article; and b) tried to claim our domain ….unsuccessfully. How do we get support - we have Premier Support included within our contract.

In this scenario, I would recommend reaching out to Customer Support by creating a case on https://support.docusign.com/s/cases. If you need more information on how to create a case, please check this article: Open a case in the Docusign Support Center.

About the domain claiming is still pending, it means you haven’t finished the Domain Claim process. You must provide the correct CNAME record or a TXT record. After that, you can access Actions > Verify DNS to update on the Docusign side. Our customer support is able to support you with this task, too!
