 I sent an envelope to two persons. One person only needs to complete a text box and initial the document. The other person needs to tick boxes from the option boxes and sign.I can't recall which person had to do what. Is there a possibility to check this after I have sent the envelop already?

I created a template and what to use it as a powerform.  When I select create powerform it get the following error:  “Cannot crete a Powerform from the selected template” .   I have created powerforms before….please help. 

Is there a way to see the formula work in real time as you’re filling out an envelope. We can see the numbers going in, but not the numbers in the formula. There’s got to be a way, right?

Hello,I was trying to put a text box comment into my document that stated why my training was late in being signed. However, after I sign off on the document, the text box just disappears and cannot be found. I have to add that another signatory had to sign after me. Is there something I am doing wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks,Alex

I made a docusign for my volunteer placement and had someone put in there info but didn’t sign for some reason I can’t see the info added and it just keeps sending it to them . I’m having a lot of trouble here 

Am I missing a setting?

When I edit a powerform, do the forms that were sent prior to the update remain active for the electronic signature?  Meaning they will go normally through the approval process.

I am sending a bulk of letters to 1 person. Is there a way to add the signature, date, title to all letters at one time?

I am a new user to creating and sending envelop. Created 1 yesterday and sent. It had problems like it wanted all to sign at the same time. suggestion: if there are more than 1 recipients, auto-order. Anyways, I created another envelop, deleted and another. Now when I was about to send, got a message that no more ‘send;, upgrade. So I did that and bought annual plan. But still can not send a document to sign. Frustrating. Please help. ThanksYad

Hello, when internal recipients add a comment(s) will those comments be seen by the outside signatory or can they be private to only internal recipients? What would the process be for adding comments that you don’t want to carry over to the outside signatory? Thanks 

Hi all,I’m trying to create a template whereby there may sometimes be fields I need to complete before sending to the client for signing. But also sometimes I won’t need to change anything.I have added a read only text box but the only way I can assign this to myself for completion is to add myself as a recipient and then allocate ‘needs to sign’. But I don’t need to sign! I just need to be able to add some text sometimes before sending.In a nut shell, I don’t want to be signing every document I send, I just want to amend every now and again (without having to edit the template each time).I hope that makes sense, can anyone help? I’ve watched so many youtube videos but still can’t find anything. 

I want to send a single envelope to 50 recipients. Its basically an HR Policy document, which should be read and signed by all employees. Is there any option where I can add these 50 recipients to my envelope via CSV upload? Here, I am not referring to Bulk Send feature as it creates 50 unique envelopes. Instead I have a single document to be signed by all 50 recipients.

HelloHave just signed up for Docusign & when I send my document(envelope) to people red squares appear around the text I have written./inserted. I thought they might disappear when I actually send the document but, they dont.Any ideas why the red squares are there and why they dont go away once envelope has been sent or how do I get rid of the red squares?Many Thanks.

So i’ve tried both PowerForms and WebForms but both end up using and showing the base document. For whatever reason I have a project to get done inside of DocuSign but my largest hurdle is the team I’m helping doesn’t want to work on redoing their PDF form to match what they want to do in DocuSign. So I’ve tried webforms and powerforms but both still put all the inserted information on a base document that looks horrible. Is there a way to just build a baseless form inside of DocuSign?

When I used Adobe Acrobat for signing documents we could set the size of the signature field and the signature would adjust its size to fit in the box.With docusign I can’t relate the size of the signature box to the actual area on the form/document. Docusign seems to randomly adjust the signature to fit and more often than not it is not placed where, or within the area constraints, of where I want it to be.Is there a way to figure out where the top and bottom (and left/right) of the signature box will be and keep the signature within those constraints?I have a similar problem with fields, and one that Adobe Acrobat handled perfectly. In docusign when I add a field, such as SIGNATURE DATE, the date that docusign puts in that field does not center top/bottom and it will run far off the right side of the field size that I defined if it feels it needs to (instead of just adjusting the font size to fit). So if I want a field to be in a table/matrix on a form, there is no guarantee the data

I sent someone a document to sign on DocuSign but the PDF says they signed at a different time than the history on DocuSign shows.  Is there any way they can both be correct?

I am trying to set a template where my admin fills it out the form (they don’t need to sign it), then sends it to a salesperson to sign, me to review, then to the customer for signature. I know it’s got to be possible, but I can’t seem to figure it out. My hack is for her to have a signature box in a corner to allow that flow. TIA.

The signer signed without a date. How do I check the date of the signature without going through the signer and logging into Docusign?

Hi,I sent to community yesterday but not had any replies although some did view it.So my issues is and only just started to happen on some but not all envelopes.I have created an envelope with a few documents to sign and with other back-up data on others. The first person to sign cannot see all the documents where I can!I did a test yesterday with a few people with 3 pages, 1 person to sign doc 1, the other person to sign doc 2 and doc 3 was for info only.Person 1 could see doc 1 & 3 & Person 2 could see docs 2 & 3. Whats happening??Alan

I sent one document to 14 people for signature on a group envelope. All but one have signed and he can’t access the email due to firewall or other issues (cox.net email). He wants me to resend to him using another email but I don’t know how to do that. Any help?Worst case, can I delete him from the signers and keep the 13 signatures I have or do I have to start over to give him a new email address?What is the best way to send 14 people the same document for signature - do you have to set up 14 DocuSigns?Thanks!
