So I received a link which takes me to authentication and it has my phone number which is all correct and when I click on send pin I don’t receive anything and it’s important I get this signed, can anyone help me?

I am sorry to hear that you weren’t able to receive your SMS Authentication code, but I will help you get to the bottom of the issue.

 

To start troubleshooting you would want to reboot your phone, as well as ensuring that you have a strong mobile signal.

 

Next, check your device’s storage and confirm you haven’t reached its limit.

 

If the previous options fail, our phone number could have been included in your list of blocked senders, removing us from the list and rebooting your mobile could fix the issue.
