I have to sign a contract for the sale of a property. I need it witnessed, I have completed the form and sent with the witnesses details but the Witness has not received a link or email regarding them signing? I have checked the email address is correct.

How to make any link inside document clickable at the time of signing?

I am sending a document using a DocuSign template and template ID. I need to include a clickable link, such as a Privacy Policy, in the document. I have added the link in the document, but it is not clickable while the signer is reviewing and signing the document. The link only becomes clickable after the document is signed and completed. How can I make the hyperlink clickable during the signing process itself?

can we create sub accounts under one account for different user in docusign so document uploaded by client of sub accounts client is only visible to them.Basically The challenge is related to managing finalized DocuSign documents for multiple clients. Currently, all completed documents and notifications are sent to the main email address associated with the DocuSign account .The goal is to find a solution that allows you to send these documents to different email addresses, depending on which client or account the documents are associated with. Instead of creating a separate DocuSign account for each client—which could be cumbersome and inefficientThese service accounts would enable you to direct finalized documents to the appropriate email addresses, thereby streamlining the process and enhancing organization without the need for multiple accounts. This approach would allow client to receives their relevant documents directly.

Ability to customize the email message or private note for a PowerForm

I’m currently using a Powerform for exception handling for procurement (users are to complete the powerform if they will be waiving the procurement competitive bid process). Our users are asking if there is a way to included custom wording in each email message when it goes out for signature, specific to the waiver request. It doesn’t appear that can be done, nor can private messages be included to the signatory. Can someone advise of any workarounds or alternatives?

Passport not working to verify identify

Hello, I am having issues getting verified based on my passport. I have tried many different things from clearing cache, to using wifi vs data, using different phones, computer combinations. Nothing is working. Here is the history log that I get. Does anyone have any ideas what else I can suggest the sender to do to make this work? Thank you. 5 Sends in 30 days but starting over for the month WHEN?

Where in my account can I find out when the next date occurs that I can send an envelope? I am on the most basic of sending 5 envelopes a month. But not the beginning of the month. Where do I find out what my window of time or billing date is? I pay annually so don’t see a monthly notification or I’d deduct the date.Thanks for ANY help. I was embarrassed with a customer this morning when I couldn’t tell them WHEN they’d be receiving their contract.

Checkbox that auto selects the rest

I have a document with a lot of checkboxes. Is it possible to have a checkbox or button at the top that the person can select that will allow them to check all the boxes at once? They would prefer not to have the boxes preselected but want to be able to check them all at once. Not sure if there is a way to do this.

I created a template and I need to be to specify that at one level only certain users will require additional signer and others will not.for example: say I’m filling out this document and mine gets routed to my supervisor, and account payableBUTmy co-worker fills out the same document and his needs to get routed to supervisor, manager and then accounts payableIs there a way to achieve that with just one template? What is the best way to achieve this to ensure the conveyancer adds the date? Is it simply to add the conveyancer as the final recipient of the document?ThanksGareth

Problem with one field in Bulk Send

I have uploaded my CSV file using the CSV template. I’ve left some fields empty because I don’t know what they are for. But one field - Requestor::First Name is not coming through and even though I accept the matching exception, I end up with an error message after I do. The names in the First Name column match the first names that are also included in the Name column...not sure what I am missing.

I am sending a purchase agreement. I need to obtain signatures from the 2 sellers before the agreement is routed to several buyers. I don’t need the buyers to sign in any particular order. Can I label the sellers both with a “1” and then label all other signers as “2”?

customizing a signing order

I’m wondering if anyone has successfully solved for the follow sequence via a signing order. This is for job offer letters.Recruiter set as viewer sends to recruiter recruiter views may ask for edits for sender (coordinator) Candidate set as signer should not send to candidate until coordinator makes any edits requested by recruiter. would be ok to send automatically if no edits requested, but this is a nice to have. Currently, our recruiting coordinators are doing this as a two step process. They send the doc to the recruiter set as a viewer. The recruiter replies all good or needs edits. Coordinator makes any requested edits then sends to the candidate set as the signer. Thanks in advance for the help.

I have a customer who subscribe corporate plan before and didn’t renewal this year around June and now they can’t open the account.In the mean time, they realize that they haven’t completed download and they want to access the account again to see the history.My question, How long DocuSign keep the document and is that possible for them to renew the old account so that they can access all history? Hi, I have an Org admin privilege and I’m trying to add myself as an account admin for couple of accounts underneath the Org, but I couldn’t find the DS admin option in eSignature.is it because only an account admin with ‘DS admin’ privilege can grant me access? Thanks,Mounika
