Hello,Given the recent UI update to CLM, I am now (as the account admin) unable to send a public share link (as outlined in this admin guide).I understand that I am still able to send folders, but sometimes I need to link colleagues to specific files. Does anyone have a solution for this? Do I need to change something in the admin settings?  

It is possible to edit the warning message received in some of the form fields in DocuSign CLM?  One example is with the currency field.  The message reads “Please enter a dollar amount in the following format: $1,250.85”. Is it possible to edit that message in any way?  I did not see anything in the actual field or in the admin portions but wanted to see if I missed it.Thanks,Scott

We have a CLM workflow where we send out a document in draft mode, then later, send final draft.  The users keep signing the DRAFT documents.To solve this, I found the action/step to Add watermark to a document, but I could not find any way to remove that watermark.I also thought I could make a copy of the document first, then watermark it, but if the user made changes, I wouldn’t be able to get them back to the original.Does anyone know of a way to remove the watermark for a document in CLM Workflow?

Hello,I am currently working with DocuSign CLM and would like to customize the task view for users.Specifically, I would like to ask:Is it possible for individual users or administrators to add custom attribute fields (such as “Transaction amount”, "Document Type" or "Requested By") as columns in the task view?Any guidance you could provide on this setup would be greatly appreciated.Thank you very much.

Hi Everyone!Situation:I have the Document ID already saved. Using this ID, I would like to retrieve the document from the Document folder into the CLM Flow, and then combine it with the current PRAM document using the "Combine Documents" step in DocuSign CLM.Could you please guide me through the steps to accomplish this? Any suggestions? 

Hey everyone,I’m working on a workflow setup where I have a parent workflow that kicks off a child workflow which includes approval logic. My goal is for the parent workflow to automatically finish or abort if those approvals within child workflow are rejected.Does anyone have experience with this or any suggestion on how to achieve this? All input is greatly appreciated.

In DocuSign CLM, when I add a field to the form in document generation it is not showing up in my params folder to add to the workflow.  Even updates I have made to existing params are not updating (mostly just names or merge tags).  Is there another step to update the form fields so they show up?  I don’t remember running into this in the past so it is odd.Thanks!

When a user begins filling out a DocuSign CLM intake form that includes a field linked to a CSV file (e.g., Vendor Name), the form auto-saves its state. A change is made by the admin to the CSV file after this stage and If the user exits without submitting and later returns to the form, the linked field displays the previously saved data rather than the latest values from the updated CSV. This results in outdated information being shown unless the user discards the draft and starts a new form, which then correctly reflects the updated CSV data. How can I fix this?

On the My Tasks screen, as a CLM Admin, I can see the 1) Orphaned tasks and 2) Unassigned tasks.However, I am unable to extract the information from the 2 screens into Excel spreadsheets, OR create a Report(s) of this information.  DocuSign Support advise that there is no existing Report for this.Ideally I would like to be able to schedule a Report / Reports to be generated say weekly, and sent to the Head of Sales so they can respond to me with the names of the new CLM Users that I can assign to each task.  

Hello Community!I have two questions regarding Analyzer.Why is the “z_” in front of some of the labels/attributes? (z_ChangeOfControl) Can I create customized scorecards by copying the out-of-box scorecards?I will need to take the training again. :-( 

We are using CLM to send around contracts. We have a workflow for this so all contracts end up in proper folders, etc. What I have noticed is that from CLM you can not go to a folder to look at a contract and download the CoC. Now the user needs to go to eSignature and hope to find the document (residing in CLM) to retrieve it. This also means that other users that are authorized to look at a contract can not download the CoC as they can’t find it in eSignature. Can’t it also be made an option in CLM?

Apologies--I’m a newbie to DocuSign! I was introduced to the platform as Salesforce Admin when DocuSign was added to my responsibilities after a colleague departed the organization. Of course! My company already has a workflow that kicks off during document generation and tasks are generated. And the Tasks have various Statuses, including "Awaiting Billing Start Date." I received a business requirement to trigger an email to the User that completed Document Generation when the following criteria is met:Task Status equals "Awaiting Billing Start Date" AND Days Since Status set to "Awaiting Billing Start Date" equals 30 (Days Since Status is not a current field or variable) AND Trigger an email to SumbittedBy.Email every 30 days that the Task Status is still "Awaiting Billing Start Date"

There is a DocuSign CLM which has an Integration with Adobe Esign through DocuSign CLM (Admin-> Integrations -> Electronic Signature). Whenever user sends a document for signature via signature step inside workflow, the user is not required to click on “Preview/Edit Signature Fields” (See below screenshot).Many times, user skips to add the signature fields by not clicking on this and then Adobe adds the sign fields to the end of the document by default. We need to mandate this inside the Review and Send for Signature Step so that user cannot proceed further before adding the signature fields inside the agreement.  

Does anyone know if the folder security that is set up during the workflow configuration follows the folder when you move it?  I don’t think it does but would like to have it do so.  Is there a way to keep the security settings on a folder no matter where it is moved?Thanks.

We have a customer using the form in CLM to generate a sales order.  Entering data on the form is very straight forward but now they are also looking to multiply widget a * widget b, potentially multiple sums, to get a subtotal amount.  Is there an example of an C# expression that I can use to drive this result?  I am also using a number field for one and currency for the other so assume that is correct?Any guidance is appreciated.

I hope everyone is doing well.In the below doc gen form, I have mandatory and option signatories. Optional signatories will only update initials when applicable, however mandatory signatories have signatures, dates etc. I have put the optional signatories as 1st and 2nd in signing order as they will review before the actual signatories sign, however when optional reviewers are not applicable, they are replaced by mandatory signatories in the signing order. As a result, mandatory signatories are only able to update initials. Please advise how can I avoid this. Screenshots below from doc gen, workflow Send for Signature step and template. 

Hello! I’d like to know how to make a form field repeatable for document generation purposes. For example, when filling in the name of the company’s legal representative — sometimes there's only one, but in other cases, there may be multiple representatives. How can I allow the user to add all of them so that the document generation includes the information of each representative correctly. Thank you!

Hello everyoneI hope you are wellI work with CLM and develop workflow for our clients. A lot of them say that they want an attachment field in the docgen form, and I have used it so far. The problem is:- When using an eForms, its always easy to find an attachment using the step Find Attachments, but with the docgen form, this step doesn't seem to work.In the related documents field when you open the document generated, there are no attachs.Does anyone know why? What can I do to automatically attach the documents?Thanks

Hi Folks,I’m trying to update an existing CLM workflow (which has multiple sub-flows) to add an additional subfolder to the storage path.Currently it goes Agreements/<Persona>/<PartyName>/<AgreementID>They want to change it to Agreements/<Persona>/<Region_From_Template>/<PartyName>/<AgreementID> I’ve added the region field to the template (originally tried a drop down, but simplified to text field), and then updated the Params XML variable in the WF so it gets the value:   When I open the running WF, I can see the value in the params XML file:   I’ve updated the Directory Settings.sxform to have the extra folder:  I’ve tried Region_Folder (like the XML node) but noticed PartyName is not the XML node, but it’s also Party_Name, so I tried RegionFolder too.The subfolders are being created correctly, including the new layer, BUT the RegionFolder value is not pulling a value so the subfolder is being created with UNKNOWN as the subfolder (which is w

I’m working in DocuSign CLM and facing an issue during the “Review and Send for Signature” step.Here’s the flow of my CLM workflow:1. I use an XML Merge Document step to generate a Cover Letter, and store it in a variable (Cover_Letter_Generated).2. This variable is then passed to the Review and Send for Signature step.3. The person sending the document is a Legal Reviewer, who has a DocuSign Sender permission profile (not Admin).Problem:• When the Cover Letter is included via the XML Merge step, I get the error:“You do not have access to send for signature.”• However, if the Cover Letter step is removed, the same Legal Reviewer is able to send the document for signature successfully.• The issue goes away completely if the sender has DocuSign Admin permissions, even with the Cover Letter included.Expected Behavior:I want to keep the sender as the Legal Reviewer (DS Sender) and still be able to include the Cover Letter generated by the XML Merge step.What I’ve Tried:• Checked workflow s

Hello.I’m looking to be able to use the CLM API (for Docusign CLM), to programmatically “attach” one uploaded document to another.The PUT/PATCH /Documents endpoints seem to “accept” a list of RelatedDocuments, but it does not seem to update the list.For reference, in the UI this would be equivalent to pressing the “attach” button next to “Related Documents” and choosing another document and pressing “save’.

I need to bulk import a large number of contacts into our DocuSign CLM account.  The Import functionality works, but I cannot seem to upload the contacts as shared contacts, only private.  The Import template has a column to allow for sharing.  When I leave it blank, the contacts come over as private.  However, I wish to share these contacts with anyone in the system.  No matter what I put in that column, however, it doesn’t seem to create them as shared contacts, it just says it failed due to “Invalid value for Shared column”.  I have tried “Y”, “Yes”, “Shared”, and “Public”.  What do I need to put where to import the contact as a shared one?
