Hi everyone,I’m trying to sum the values from a table column using XPath in a DocuSign CLM document.I already know that this works: <# <Content Select="(sum(//Valor_Por_Data))" /> #>  However, the sum result only works if the numbers are in the format: 00000.00 (no thousands separator, and with a dot . instead of a comma , as the decimal separator).The issue is that this is not our standard number format — we normally use a thousands separator and a comma for decimals (e.g., 12.345,67).Is there a way to perform the sum directly with our local number format, or do I need to convert the values before summing them?Thanks in advance!

Hey DocuSign!  The UI for Task Groups is clunky which makes managing Task Groups a daunting task.  We asked three years ago for a report that would simply show all individuals tied to a task group.  Should be something pretty simple. Thank you in advance.

On your portal you indicate that it is not possible to download the task groups. However I would very much like to have a download of the task groups including the users that belong to a task group. Can you please create a standard report in CLM so it is possible to generate this report and download it. We need to have this for audit purposes.This was raised as a support case 15761114. Hello,My team is interested in making edits to the Attributes for a document while it’s out for External Review to help with some reporting requirements, however since the document is “locked” while it is out for External Review, the Attributes are also locked and therefore cannot be edited (not even by an Admin).  Is there a way to unlock just the Attributes while it’s out for External Review?One of my CLM admins believes that it’s possible it may be possible to adjust this lockdown in the workflow configuration, but I can’t seem to find any documentation anywhere on how this might be done (and what sort of difficulty this kind of configuration adjustment would be - if it’s even at all possible).  Does this sound familiar and/or possible?  I’ve been trying to look at the actual workflow steps of an old version of CLM that I still have access to for insight and it doesn’t give insight as to whether each of those External Review steps has any sort of “locking” mechanism

Can someone verify if DocuSign CLM AI-Assisted Review can be used with DocuSign FedRamp? Our IT Team read Docusign seems to be an app we need to add to 365/word, but GCC high (Government Community Cloud High) doesn't support it (see below). However, they also found some docs that indicated Hidden Level can get the XML or app, then modify the connections to support FedRAMP Docusign.  Is this accurate?

Hello - Does anyone know if you have a folder that inherits from a parent, and then you add an update security for a certain group by using the update security task to limit users in that group to “view”, do the other security settings remain the same as the parent?  We were having an issue where we wanted to limit who could see certain subfolders outside of the individuals who have the responsibility on them as dictated by the parent folder so we figured we could use the update security to do this, but were second guessing whether or not we would need to also set up the other permission sets like create and update etc.  which would get very confusing.

Hi everyone.I'd like to know if there's a way to ensure that once a user claims a task from a task group, all upcoming tasks in that specific task group within that specific workflow execution will be automatically assigned to that same user.So I saw that there is an opition in the configurations of a human step called Task Group Assignee and that it is possible to create expressions from it. How would it be an expression where a task is directed for all members from a task group the first time, but redirected to the user that claimed it, in the first time, afterwards (when returning to the same step, like a choice for example)?Thanks

How do I stop the XML from being created, along side of my Word document?  The history said it was from a document package builder but I cannot find where that is located or how I can edit it.  I only want the word document with the signature at this point and this action is cluttering up my folders.  Thanks!

Hi Team,We are in 'Review and Send for Signature Task'.Here we have in total 5 documents to display. The Order in which documents are appearing in tasks view we want same order to be displayed in 'Additional Documents' section in this task.But every time we are seeing documents in 'Additional Documents' section are not coming in correct order.Can you please help as we want them in the order of their priority.

Is there any way for my customer to update the language in a DocuSign CLM default screen?  If you can see the attachment (inside the red box), they were looking to update ‘Choose a Template’ and some of the explanation text to be more specific to their teams and users but I cannot find anything that says we can or can’t update. 

Hi - I have created fields in templates within a doc gen form and the user fills out those fields on the contract. However, I am unable to find where that data is stored within the CLM.  Where can I see the information the user fills in on those fields? It does not show up on the left side like all the standard fields.  Thanks in advance.

Our use case is the need for the first external party to fill out fields on a document and then a second external party to sign the document. Using Docusign CLM, it only seems like the signer can edit the fields and then sign. We’ve tried using an esignature template that includes the “Allow to Edit” permission for the first external party in hopes they would be able to edit the fields. However, every time we try to send using this docusign envelope template the signature process fails. Is anyone aware of a way in CLM to allow one party to populate fields then a second to do the signature?

I am using Salesforce to access the DocuSign folder and documents. From the DocuSign file component, I have this. From here I select 2 documents, and there is also an action button on the right side that will trigger a workflow.The workflow needs to combine these 2 selected documents and then create a new document. I did create a document workflow. When I run this workflow, in the XML I found that it has 2 documents in the Params variable. When I imported that XML, I found that the XML contained only one document.  

We need to implement a restriction preventing all the uses and admins from editing the document name however they should still retain the ability to edit all other document attributes as needed. For example, if the user or the group has a “view and edit” access they should be able to edit only the attributes not the document name.

Hello,Given the recent UI update to CLM, I am now (as the account admin) unable to send a public share link (as outlined in this admin guide).I understand that I am still able to send folders, but sometimes I need to link colleagues to specific files. Does anyone have a solution for this? Do I need to change something in the admin settings?  

It is possible to edit the warning message received in some of the form fields in DocuSign CLM?  One example is with the currency field.  The message reads “Please enter a dollar amount in the following format: $1,250.85”. Is it possible to edit that message in any way?  I did not see anything in the actual field or in the admin portions but wanted to see if I missed it.Thanks,Scott

We have a CLM workflow where we send out a document in draft mode, then later, send final draft.  The users keep signing the DRAFT documents.To solve this, I found the action/step to Add watermark to a document, but I could not find any way to remove that watermark.I also thought I could make a copy of the document first, then watermark it, but if the user made changes, I wouldn’t be able to get them back to the original.Does anyone know of a way to remove the watermark for a document in CLM Workflow?

Hi Everyone!Situation:I have the Document ID already saved. Using this ID, I would like to retrieve the document from the Document folder into the CLM Flow, and then combine it with the current PRAM document using the "Combine Documents" step in DocuSign CLM.Could you please guide me through the steps to accomplish this? Any suggestions? 

Hey everyone,I’m working on a workflow setup where I have a parent workflow that kicks off a child workflow which includes approval logic. My goal is for the parent workflow to automatically finish or abort if those approvals within child workflow are rejected.Does anyone have experience with this or any suggestion on how to achieve this? All input is greatly appreciated.
