Send formatted email template in Adobe integration

Hi all,

We’re trying to send a formatted HTML email during the "Review and Send for Signature" step in DocuSign. Plain HTML isn’t rendering properly.

We have Adobe E-Sign integration working for signature. I know we can send HTML in Send Email step, but need to check feasibility on signature related steps.

Has anyone done this or know if it’s supported?

DocuSign allows you to send envelopes via API where the documents can be HTML-based. You can refer to this article for more information:

Hi @JohnSantos

Thanks for your inputs. Perhaps I should have clarified that I’m referencing the email body that is being sent not the document itself. I need this in a docusign CLM workflow step. I’ve tried to directly write the html but that doesn’t work for the step that I mentioned.
