Hello! I’d like to know if it’s possible to set a maximum number of rows in a table added to a CLM Form and how this could be done. Thanks!

I have had an extreme amount of agreements where the Task errored out.  The contract is not in any end date (Fully Signed, Cancelled, etc.), but there is no longer a Task assigned.  I need to find a list of all of these agreements so that I can go in and manually clean them. I have a report that pulls up any agreement that does not have an end state status, but can’t figure out how to remove those that still have Tasks assigned (these are easy to find and we won’t need them on the list).  Does anyone know how to do that?  I need it to find contracts with no Task, but one of several Attributes.

our client wants to use a Signing Group and  restrict editing of the recipient email address in Review and Send for signature  Workflow step. Is this feasible to do within CLM without using the e-signature envelope template?

When an agreement is sent to all users in a group, it may receive actions (review, edit, comment, approval) from one or more users. If another user opens the same agreement later, the system should display a popup notification indicating that the agreement has already been actioned, e.g., “This agreement has already been actioned. You may close this window.” This would prevent redundant work, confusion, and duplicate actions. The notification should apply to any prior action, not just approvals, and be visible to all users opening the agreement after an action has been taken. Implementing this would improve workflow clarity and efficiency for group-assigned agreements.

Hi everyone, I have a question about recipient configuration using expressions in the CLM step Review and Send for Signature. In the recipient expression field, returning multiple emails separarted by a delimiter works fine, for example:  “john@email.com|mary@email.com” The system correctly creates multiple recipients. However, when I try to do something similar in the Name expression builder, it seems to accept only a single value. When editing a document generated in CLM with tables and conditions, a specific table row content is deleted using MS 365 online editor. By doing that, the formatting of other three different table rows break (different table).The weird thing is that it only happens using MS 365 online. When we use download and edit in desktop word app, the formatting is correct.It is not the first time I see formatting issues with MS365 online in CLM. Another case I saw a few months ago was that the formatting and spacing of a template changed completely if we open using MS365 or in Word Desktop app.Anyone know the root cause and how to fix?

I have a rename document step in each of my workflows but it looks like the report is only capturing the template file name, not the new name.  Is there a different setting I need to apply to get that new name to generate on the report?No filter in the current report, just pulling everything from the NDA folder.  It pulls in 17 records but many of the document names are the same.  Thanks for any assistance!

Hello, I am currently stuck on a DocuSign CLM workflow solution as a new-er developer. Ultimately I have another system that is sending an API call to CLM to try to move a document to another folder. From what I understand, and from what DocuSign support confirmed with me, is that the CLM API doesn’t have an endpoint that allows you to move documents. So, my next best idea is to use the API to activate a CLM workflow whose only purpose is to move a document to the folder I want it to go to.I can confirm that I am able to start the workflow, as well as see the variable of the document ID that I had passed in with it, however I can’t seem to correctly use the Find Document step(s) to actually find the document using its ID. I have tried the Find Document step, however it doesn’t accept a variable of just the doc ID, it needs a document variable type or path (which honestly doesn’t make much sense to me… If I had a variable of the document or it’s exact path, why would I need to

When users go into the document to edit , the compare previous version option at the top of form is always on the document spins through the compare previous version cycle prior to them having the ability to edit..Is there a way to shut this option off?  

I want to load the data from a CSV file into a running workflow to populate a variable so that I can use that data inside the workflow.  i tried create a variable from csv but are doing something wrong as its failing.Thanks for any assistance

Is there a way to do share access to a Group instead of individuals?  Trying to get everyone in a group to see the entire groups documents.  

Hello, I have been tasked with finding a way that we can identify envelopes without using the Envelop ID which has so many characters it is hard to work with. Ideally we would create and envelope and each one would have a unique identifier with 5 or less characters so that it is easy for people to pull the specific envelope they want. They want “to assign envelopes a unique auto incrementing number (i.e. contract number for reference – contract# 55467 in the corner of the DocuSign)” but I have not been able to find a solution that does this. It seems that DocuSign decided that the large IDs should suffice, but is there really no other way we can do something like that internally? Even some kind of obscure workaround helps. Thank you in advance, even if it is just to say “You’re out of luck, there is no way” 😅

Does anyone have any suggestions to support a junior team member pass the CLM Admin exam?  The team member has missed the passing score by 2-3 questions on their two attempts.  Access to Docusign University expired a month ago and will not be renewed.  

After the October 9th release to DocuSign CLM the Modified by Column changed to “workflow” prior to this it would display the name of the staff member who last modified the document. This change creates a signification problem for us since we used this column to determine if staff did something incorrectly or allowed us to quickly contact the paralegal associated to the folder or document. Can anyone offer up a workaround? 

I am able to pull reminders via the API but is there a way to report on reminders in the CLM reporting module?

Hello!I'm working with Smart Rules and have a scenario I'm trying to optimize.I've successfully configured a Document Smart Rule to move a document when a specific attribute value on that document is changed. This functionality works perfectly. My goal is slightly different: I need the entire folder containing the document to be moved, not just the individual document, when the triggering attribute change occurs on the document inside it.Currently, the Document Smart Rule only has the action "Move Document", not “Move Folder”Is it possible to configure a smart rule or use a combination of rules/actions so that an entire folder is automatically moved to a new path when an attribute value changes on a document contained within that folder? Thank you!

Hello! Is it possible to conditionally display a field based on the value of a specific column in a table?For example:In a counterparty data table, if the 'Marital Status' field is set to Married, I need additional fields to appear so the user can input the spouse's data. (It doesn’t have to be in the same table, but apparently I can’t add a condition to a column.)If the 'Marital Status' is anything else, those spouse-related fields should remain hidden.  Thanks!
