Is there a way to do share access to a Group instead of individuals? Trying to get everyone in a group to see the entire groups documents.

Hi JCloudEra - In CLM, you can share folder security to a group of users which will allow all users of the group to see content within the folder.

First, ensure the group is created and the users are added to the group via DocuSign Admin.
Then, from the folder in CLM, select to ‘Manage Security’.
From there, you can add the Group to the folder security grid with the appropriate permission level (View, View & Create, View & Edit, etc).

You can also adjust CLM folder security at the permission profile or individual user level.

Building what Kelly said, it is best practice to make multiple groups, and then assign each user a group when they get added to the system.

Hi! im very new to my company and have just become an admin for DocuSign and would love to set this up. Could you please specify what you mean by “from the folder in CLM”? Where do I find this?

Sure! First you would find a folder you would like to update security on, then go to “Manage” < “Security” to adjust the folder security:

For example in this screenshot, I would be managing the security for my Sales folder:

Then search for a Group to update access for on the folder. For example in this screenshot, I’ve added the Sales group to this folder security to give them View, Edit & Delete access.
