Is there a way to share access with a Group?

Is there a way to do share access to a Group instead of individuals?  Trying to get everyone in a group to see the entire groups documents.  

Hi JCloudEra - In CLM, you can share folder security to a group of users which will allow all users of the group to see content within the folder.

  • First, ensure the group is created and the users are added to the group via DocuSign Admin.
  • Then, from the folder in CLM, select to ‘Manage Security’.
  • From there, you can add the Group to the folder security grid with the appropriate permission level (View, View & Create, View & Edit, etc). 

You can also adjust CLM folder security at the permission profile or individual user level.

Building what Kelly said, it is best practice to make multiple groups, and then assign each user a group when they get added to the system.
