+3I have a rename document step in each of my workflows but it looks like the report is only capturing the template file name, not the new name. Is there a different setting I need to apply to get that new name to generate on the report?
No filter in the current report, just pulling everything from the NDA folder. It pulls in 17 records but many of the document names are the same. Thanks for any assistance!

Can you please check in your workflow if the Rename Document step is actually hitting the success path and renaming the document? Also, since you mentioned you’re pulling from the NDA folder, are you using the Copy or Move Document step in the workflow? If yes, please confirm whether you selected Copy or Move, as that could impact the name being reflected in the report.

+3Hello Pawan! Yes, the rename step is showing success. For rename, there is no option to move or copy. I am seeing that in the copy/move file step. Is that what you are referring to? If so, we use the move command.
Another thought - I have the rename step after the ‘Create Folder’ and ‘Copy or Move Document’ steps. Are there sequencing steps to consider?
