Getting DocuementViewer.aspx in the preview screen of Docusign Document generation

      What file type is that? DocuSign only allows certain file types.

      The file type is word document.

      Users are also getting this error - when clicking ‘Open’ the browser downloads a PDF that opens in Acrobat Reader. Any update to this?

      Hi, some of my users are getting this error as well after filling in the document generation form. The document still goes through the workflow but previewing would show a similar screen.

      Did anyone have updates to this?
