CLM Sandbox

Hello, We need to download CLM via API. We have CLM Access already and we also have a demo/sandbox but we can’t access the CLM via API in the sandbox. Somebody from docusign told me that we need to get added to the existing CLM sandbox that was provisioned when our org bought it but I don’t know how to do it. Just an FYI we’re able to authenticate and get token via API. here is the sample endpoint that we are trying And here is the result in Postman: Hope somebody can help me. Thanks in advance

How do I grab/import data from Salesforce to the CLM?

Hey all,Currently I stuck getting data from Salesforce in order to use it in a workflow. So far I can tried to use the Salesforce ETL workflow step for it. However, it constantly fails.In order to get the data from the Salesforce object (Opportunity), I tried e.g. the following setup:Salesforce Object Type: OpportunitySalesforce Object id: I used the Opportunity id (18-digits) referring to one specific record (hardcoded)Additionally, I created Configuration Variable with the following input in order to get the name and stage of the Opportunity:<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><Opportunity> <Name></Name> <StageName></StageName></Opportunity>Resulting into the following translation: My questions regarding this topic:is the workflow step Salesforce ETL the correct step? if so:is it correct to use the 18-digits opportunity id Did I do something wrong with the xml file? Convert number with decimals (in currency) to words

Hi there,I’d like to confirm if there is a way in CLM (perhaps using the expression builder) to convert currency numbers in words, as such “USD 200.000,00 (two hundred thousand dollars)”.This would be great considering our daily contracts frequently use this drafting style.

CLM Permission Profiles

Hi all! I have a question about CLM permissions: The default permission we have always used is Full Subscriber. Apparently, that is out of compliance with our contract - which says “Community User licenses”. So, does anyone know what a “Community User” is? Is it different from a Full Subscriber? Thank you!

Merge text and link in Document Generation

Good afternoon, DocuSign community! This may be a question that was already answered, and I apologize if that is the case, but I am struggling with a use case, so was hoping that I could lean on the experts here. I have a requirement that I merge a link into my document which will point to a policy library where the user will need to go to read additional information. I have a text field that can capture the link text, but I am not a 100% certain how I would capture the url, and then merge them into a single value in the word document. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Vendor Profile (or "Cards")

We track the other party in the CLM for signed agreements. However, sometimes I need to know certain things about the vendor, that doesn’t need to be captured at the contract attribute level (PII access, Foreign owned, Subsidiary of another party, etc. and so many other things). Is there a way to set up a “Vendor Profile” or “Vendor Card” so that when that other contracting party is entered in the attributes for an agreement, I don’t have to enter in all the other fields for reporting purposes? Happy to explain further, if necessary.

'Next' Button has vanished!

Hi AllI understand that this question has been asked a few months ago however I have tried the advice given at the time, with no luck unfortunately! NTREIS Data Input Form

The NTREIS Data Input form doesn’t work for me. I can’t download the new form, nor can I send it out for a client to be filled out. When I send through docusign, it takes the client straight to the signature section instead of completing the document. Am I doing something wrong? How can I get this form to download? How can I get this form to send to a client to complete and then sign??

CLM Workflow: Due Date in"Review and Send for Signature" step

The Due Date in the "Review and Send for Signature" step is defaulting to 10 days even though I have it set as 6 months in the step as illustrated below. Due Date in the "Review and Send for Signature" For a workflow executed on July 24, 2024, the due date showing up on the "Review and Send for Signature" step is August 3, 2024 (10 days). How do I get it to show the date 6 months from July 24, 2024. Thanks.

I am trying to figure out how to allow a user that has filled out a doc gen form to be able to use the doc gen from to edit the information. They don’t want to see a flat contract, they need to see options and be able to pick thing.

Is CLM included in Enterprise Pro plans or is it a separate product? I see some interesting features described as CLM, but it looks like we get errors via API on some of them, so trying to understand what is actually part of my plan vs what has been enabled/available. Thanks!

How do I display any content select merge tag in upper case ? For example , I have this content select merge tag in my template - <# <Content Select="//Customer_Name" Optional="true"/> #> , but my requirement is to display customer name in capital letters or upper cases. How do I achieve that ? in this case , if customer name is Thomas in the intake form , in my template I would like to see “ THOMAS” - Is this possible ? and what is the syntax for this tag ?

Filter on Folders in Completed

Are you able to filter out the “Completed Documents” by the Folder name?We could have 18 pages of completed documents and we only move them into a specific folder when the lease associated with the documents is completely processed. It becomes a problem to scroll through 18 pages of documents to locate every document that is not moved to a personal folder and is still in the “sent” folder.
