Sending out a contract to clients and they are saying when trying to view and sign from a mobile device the contract words are all run together and messed up where they are not able to read it. This is horribly unprofessional and annoying. The checkbox for mobile viewing is checked under advanced options is checked. What else could it be?

Is that happening only when accessing the envelope via Mobile or using a desktop the view is the same?

 

Depending of the document uploaded you could disable the Mobile viewing optimization option.
