Using Customised tamplate on Ipad

To clarify are you trying to send a template or continuing the creation of a template?

The Docusign mobile app is built to handle most workflows, but there are some advanced features that are not compatible with the mobile app. For envelopes using any of the following features, you will need to complete it via a Web browser, rather than from directly inside the mobile app.

Envelope level (using one of these features will prevent all signers on the envelope from signing via the mobile app):

1. Supplemental Documents
2. Sent from a 21 CFR Part 11 compliant account
3. Pre-fill Document Fields

Recipient level (if a recipient has been assigned one of these fields or roles, they will not be able to access the envelope from the mobile app):

1. Standards Based Signatures
2. eHanko
3. Specify Recipients
4. Allow to Edit
5. Update Recipients
6. Signs with Notary

Note: Some advanced features and options are supported only in specific Docusign plans. Your account plan might not support some of the options discussed in this help topic. Contact your account administrator for more information about which options are available for your account. Or, visit our Plans and Pricing web page for more details on the features included with your plan. Compare eSignature plans & pricing.

It is not for sending but using the template to do in Person signing.

So, idea is to use a Ipad just to fill in Fields with client information,  so they can sign with me a tempate that I have created on Web browser. So, to avoid drag-droping each time, to add text, I have created tamplates with fields(text, name). 

But I can not open that template with Ipad. 

it says: This(templete) includes unsupported features.

I send screenshot of the template.

Are you editing the information during the envelope creation? Or when is time to sign the envelope?

Thank you so much for writing! 

I edit the template at the time of signing. So, I create them and save with empty fields. 

If you see the photo attached above, it is the template.

So, I can not use it with Ipad for signing.

I’m using MacOS Sequoia 15.1 and Safari 18.1

iPadOS 16.7.1

Please advise
