The recipient I sent the document too is getting an error message when she tries to open the document on the mobile app. Anyone else have this issue and how did you resolve it?

Is there a way to send a template from shared access on the ios mobile app?

I can log in on my computer but cannot log in on my mobile apps on iPad and iPhone. I have reset the password but still cannot log in on my mobile but have no problem signing in on my computer. What is the problem and what is the solution?

After having a DocuSign account for several years I just changed companies and opened up a new DocuSign account. I'm not receiving recipients viewed notifications in the DocuSign Android phone app which is a pretty handy feature. I've checked my notification settings in the desktop app and have them all turned on. Is there a way to get recipient viewed (along with the time stamp) like I had in my new account?? Thanks

When I have sent a document via the desktop program which requires me to witness a signature (I know that this can be done prior to sending), when the request comes through to witness I cannot seem to use the mobile app (ios) to witness the document.

Can you view form data in the mobile app?

The documents show up on the PC fine. Everything is filled out but on a table or phone they are blank. Why is this happening?

We are using the eSignature CFR part 11 module, if using the mobile application will be compatible with the FDA regulation it will be most helpful for the management that travels often.

I can not get the app to open on my iPad. It won't load or keeps asking for my Touch ID over and over again and crashes. I have deleted the app a couple times, and restarted the iPad many times. What do I do to fix this? I am not impressed.

If receivers of envelopes are going to use a mobile device to sign the required documents, do they need to download the DocuSign application first? If you click on the link in the email, the documents do not load correctly on a mobile device.

We have a Signer who will be unreachable by email for the next six weeks and need his signature on a document. I'm hoping to send it to him via text message so that he can access the link to sign from there, without having to access his email.

I have created a Template and it functions as follows:Home office opens the template and completes all fields.Emails form to customer and the customer Docusigns it.The form is emailed back to my office completedIt is working.Now we want to be able to complete this form in person.Meaning that my employee can load up the template on his iPadand the customer can complete the form and do an in person signature.Once completed the form is emailed back to my office.How can the in person signature and completion of the form be conducted in person?Regards,

Is there no way to access the drafts folder from a mobile device? The filters options under manage only has who it's sent to/by and the date range. Also, requesting desktop version of the site does not work. I'm using chrome app on iOS.
