I’m sorry to hear that your signer is unable to open a document they need to sign. I understand they are in Taiwan and according to the label you added, they are using the DocuSign mobile app, is that correct?
To better assist you with this issue, can you provide further information? Are they getting some sort of error when they try to open the document? Can they open the document on the web browser?
