I am sorry to hear that you haven’t been able to create your account through your mobile device, but I will assist you in getting to the bottom of the issue.

 

This error is usually triggered by an apple device whenever iOS’ factory default’s have been changed, or in some cases jailbroken.

 

Since this error is not happening within DocuSign itself, Apple Support will be in the best position to locate exactly what was altered in their operational system, and how it can be corrected.

The suggestion did not work. My other apps work on my iphone so this seems to be an issue with the docusign app.
