Hello! I am using Microsoft Word with the Template Assistant for creating engagement letters. I have realized that when I use the Template Assistant and have applied contingency rules, there is extra spacing where the “hidden” contingent paragraphs are. Does anyone have a solution for this so that we do not have to backtrack every time to fix spacing and formatting? Thank you!

We use the DocuSign add-in for Outlook desktop and have to sign in every couple of hours to sign documents. Is there a way to change how long a user stays logged in to the DocuSign add-in?

Hello,When I am using the docusign connector on my Power automate flows, my flows turn to premium. So I wonder if the connector is premium or standard. I have (What i think is) a really simple requestI have a Docusign Template I want to register new suppliers.    When an envelope status changes to completed, I want to be able to extract the data from the docusign document such as ‘Entity name’, ‘GST Status’, ‘ABN Number’ etc Once I have this data, populate a SharePoint List with the respective infoUsing the Docusign Power Automate actions, I have tried almost every action, and a combination of Tabs, Custom Fields etc.Nothing seems to work!Can someone please advise what actions / methods I need to use for this? 

I am utilizing a Power Apps cloud flow to send out a single document/envelope to 2 separate recipients, with a separate signature tab for each. I am looking for a way to trigger a flow when one of the individuals sign, but before the envelope is ‘completed’ and update a record in Dynamics365 with a status that recipient1 has signed, and recipient2 is still pending signature. Upon review of the available triggers, I see one for envelope-completed but this is for after both signatures would have been received.Is this possible using the out of the box connector?

At our organization, we have two separate DocuSign accounts (different admins, different software versions) but we exist on the same server so we can transfer users across if they transfer from one work area to another.One work area (eSignature Account A) wants to leverage SharePoint connector for their work in our organization’s enterprise SharePoint solution.  Everyone uses this enterprise SharePoint environment regardless of which DocuSign account for eSignatures they use.Can the connector’s environment be configured for the organization versus one or the other of our eSignature accounts? Tab type “Signature” is showing on top of the “tabs anchor string” and it’s overlapping after signing. I changed language preference on DocuSign web from English to French, however when I access DocuSign add-in from my outlook I still see it in English? How can I change DocuSign Add-in reference? Sharing add-in screenshot for your clarity -  

HelloIn power automate I have a flow that uses docusign and I am puttin some tabs on a document. When I start typing on one of the tabs, the same value is entered in all the tabs. The anchors are all different for each tab. Moreover even if I set the tabs to optional they appear as required when I hover over them.   I’ve tried both old and new designer in power automate

Hi Community,I have just taken a developer account and am trying to install Docusign in our Dynamics 365 environment, but fail to do so. As per the screenshot, it is not support in the region the environment is in and we need to contact support.This step has been extremely difficult as there is no way to reach out to the support team for installation issues. Any support we need, we need to login first as a customer or partner. I am not able to raise a support ticket. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you,  

We have users wanting to use eSignature with the Approval App inside of MS Teams.  They are able to successfully prepare and send a document when they are not part of the signing order. However, should they include themselves on the signing order, they receive an error when they click the Prepare button.   We are able to re-create the issue, time and time again.  I’ve confirmed all have an active eSignature profile (2 are senders, 1 is a full fledge DS Admin) on the same account being referenced through MS Teams.  They all have a Teams account as well. Is anyone else seeing this issue?  If so, were you able to resolve it?

I see that when I am in a SharePoint list I can do mappings but when I am in a Document Library that option in the SharePoint integration does not exist.  Is there a way to add a field in a document library, a people column and then select the PDF, request signature and have it mapped to the email address next to the PDF? or does this only exist in a SharePoint list with an attachment and people column.  Need to automate a standard response.  

Hello community, I have the problem that I cannot integrate the docusign addin into my locally installed Outlook (version: MS Office LTSC Standard 2021 SPLA). We use a local Exchange server. When I click on "Get Add-ins" in Outlook, I am redirected to the Microsoft Appsource, where I am redirected to an M365 tenant when retrieving the Docusign Addin. Interestingly, I can see the addin in the M365 Tenant as well as the Word addin. The Word Addin also appears in my Word... but the Outlook Addin doesn't... What do I have to do?Many thanks for your help!Adrian

I am trying to create a Power Automate flow to automatically send out an envelope upon uploading it to SharePoint. However, one of the documents in each envelope should only be visible to our internal stakeholders. Is there a way to customize it in the flow?So far, I have been using the 'document visibility' option manually each time when sending out an envelope.

I did a Power Automate Flow to send an Envelope by DocuSign with the document added to a Sharepoint Document Library but its giving an error on the action Get Fiel Content : Document ID “Power automate error  Action 'Get_file_content' failed: File not found clientRequestId: baeb52b8-9b24-4dfb-8fec-094588cce987 serviceRequestId: d84f3aa1-80ef-0000-1640-87ab8072fc4f”I was able to find out what was the error. On the Get File Content action, I was selecting the ID of the Fiel in Sharepoint instead of the File Identifier.  

I am trying to connect DocuSign with Microsoft Power Automate to retrieve custom data (such as the envelope submission date, a certain value stated in an envelope, and the count of approvers) from an envelope and automatically fill out the custom data in a SharePoint list when the envelope is completed Is there a way to achieve this? 

Sometimes when trying to send a file out for signature, using sign with DocuSign from my SharePoint library, DocuSign will prompt me to hit the login button, after loading it sends me to the DocuSign home page rather than the typical envelope formatting, I need to send my document out for a signature. Any ideas on why this is an how to prevent it from sending me to the homepage?

We have integrated dynamics 365 with DocuSign. We have created a power automate which creates an envelope on click of button from model driven app. We are not facing any issue in the Create Envelope step in the Power automate which uses the DocuSign Admin Account. but we are facing an issue while adding the “Docusign Transaction” record this datverse step uses a service account whose account we have created in Docusign as well.  This is the error we are getting “Could not find a DocuSign User entity for the current user - transaction creation failed”  

I am using DocuSign for D365 and after the document gets signed, a pdf of the signed document is saved to the Dynamics entity. I only have to option to set the name of the signed document to the DocuSign document subject, which is the email subject. I need to set it to the name of the document_signed. Is there a way to do this? Thanks!

Hi Team, I am using DocuSign connector in power automate and calling this from powerapps.I have not created any connector in powerapps. still it asks everytime for docusign connection login to every user while they play(use) the app.I want to deploy the app for 100 users and will be using one license account for this and that will only be the connection in power automate. why then it asks every user for docusign login in powerapps.Kindly suggest how to avoid login. Regards,Hitesh Nagpal
