How to Link DocuSign to PowerPoint?

How do I take a DocuSign template for a sales contract and turn it into a link that I can embed into a PowerPoint presentation? I would like to be able to present to a customer using a PPT and then have the last page link to an e-contract that the customer can sign right then and there.

Internal document signing workflow with DocuSign plugin from Sharepoint

Hi, how to sign a document from SharePoint using the DocuSign plugin. Our process involves signing the document internally first before sending it to the customer. We then utilize the ‘Get Signatures with DocuSign’ feature to send to customers. However, i am unsure how to docusign from SharePoint itself internally before sending it out to the customers? I tried using the ‘Sign using DocuSign’ option as shown in the picture but get error message. Please help​

Move all signed documents to a SharePoint library (Company wide)

Hi Guys, What i hope to achieve is anytime anyone within the company signed document with Docusign it automatically moves to specific location is our SharePoint. (preferably using PowerAutomate) Is this something that i can configure for all users from Admin perspective ? Thanks, Adam B

Power Automate Fails "The email address for the recipient is invalid. The recipient Id follows. Recipient Id: 1"

Hello I was trying to run the power automate flow including with DocuSign, but it keeps failing in part of DocuSign by saying this “The email address for the recipient is invalid. The recipient Id follows. Recipient Id: 1”. I checked so many times that nothing wrong with the recipient emails. Are there any other way to fix this problem? Thank you in advance.

DocuSign License Requirement for Power Automate

I’m wanting to integrate Power Auotmate with DocuSign and want to know whether DocuSign Standard supports this. I understand Business Pro allows for integration but I have a customer with Business Standard licenses and I want to be able to tell them whether it’ll work with the licensing they currently have.

Options to Bulk Download eSignature Envelops to One Drive

Looking to see if anything has changed in the last few years since the last related community topic around this subject. I have a retiring associate with several hundred envelops they would like to download to SharePoint or OneDrive. Does anyone have information on how this might be done other than manually one at a time? Thanks

attach the policy pdf along with the docusign email

I have created template and attached the policy in that. And then using automate to create a pdf which needs signature and after that created envelop using template and then used add document action to add the pdf which needs sign. As of now when I am sending this to customer they can see both policy and pdf when click on review document button present in email. Requirement is to attach the policy pdf as an attachment to the email not inside the envelop.

Tabs x offset

Hello, The x offset of the tab is not right, the actual text appears lower than expected. I’ve tried to change the x offset (pixels) value but nothing helps. I’m using Power Automate to fill in values in a document. Does anyone know how to solve this?

docusign template assistant for word

Hi Sir/Madam, docusign template assistant for word is not available in my o365 tenant. Accordingto Microsoft, they had same issue on their test tenant as well. The “docusign template assistant for word” not populated or roll out in some of the tenant. Im facing this issue in my tenant as well. Their advice to check with Docusign support team to rectify it when it will be fully roll out to all tenant. Do you have this issue as well? if yes, what is the advice and resolve this issue?

Error Creating Envelop Send with Docusign => Get Signature

Hi everyone, i get this following message when clicking Open Docusign in Add Recipients pop up on Dynamics 365 integration System.ServiceModel.FaultException`1[Microsoft.Xrm.Sdk.OrganizationServiceFault]: Could not find a DocuSign User entity for the current user - transaction creation failed. I already created the DocSign User record, and User Validated already set to Yes. Thank you

How to upload documents / attachments from SharePoint

Hi, we have adopted DocuSign by integrating it into our SharePoint document management system. By starting the signing of a document (for example a transmission note) I need to attach the accompanying documentation. How do I upload documents from SharePoint? It seems that it is only possible to draw from the computer's local resources or from OneDrive. It would be crazy if you had to download documents locally from SharePoint and then upload them to DocuSign. Right?

IMPORTANT BLOCKER: Multiple instance of flow run for When an envelope status changes (Connect) (V3)

Hi,When an envelop signature is completed, we expect this flow to run only once, but it gets triggered many times (between 4 to 11 times our users reported).We have tried to create with different versions of connectors. V1 the same issue, V2 does not work at all, v3 the same issue. Could you please guide us if there is something we can do, or is it a problem with the trigger itself and needs to be updated by Microsoft/Docusign?ThanksBest regardsHamed

Maximum number of Active custom connect configurations exceeded. - When an envelope status changes (Connect) (V3) - DocuSign

Hi Since last weekend my flow fails all the time due to problems with " When an envelope status changes (Connect) (V3)" stage as a trigger. The trigger does not pick up any envelopes sent from DocuSign and gives me this message all the time "Maximum number of Active custom connect configurations exceeded. Try disabling or removing existing custom configurations." I removed everything I could, checked my connections, there is not many and it still do not work. Everything was working fine last week and something happened over the weekend and cause this problem now.Please help.

Reminder settings are not working when we send the envelope using the DocuSign connector in Power Automate.

I am currently using the DocuSign connector in Power Automate to send and receive e-signatures for documents. DocuSign application has the ability to set up sending reminders until the document is signed. However, I have tried setting up reminders through the settings menu, but have not received any reminder emails from the DocuSign application. Can you please help me solve this issue?

Power Automate Docusign Connector Stopped working

Just this morning, my connection for Docusign Connect stopped working completely. I keep receiving the error: Request to the backend service timed out - and Error 503, or the service is unavailable. I immediately tried to re-validate the connection, that did not work. I then deleted it, now I’m unable to add it back. This has stopped our corporate paperwork system dead in its tracks. Has anyone else experienced an outage with the production connector for Docusign connect in power automate? I was able to add the demo connector without issue, but I am not completely unable to add the connector back even after sanitizing it from our environment.

Show "There are no records to display" message in Power Pages

Hi Community I’m having issue with Power Platform - Power Pages integration. I followed the exact steps described in both Docusign and Microsoft official documents. Everything goes well until “View and Sign” document part. It says “There are no records to display”. Adding dynamic data to custom fields

I tried using Power Automate to update the text in Custom fields from my excel sheet into the template that I have created in Docusign, I tried importing the info of the Custom field by using the function “Get Custom Field Info” but I noticed that it wont import anything and it will still show as successfully run. I am trying to import the field info so I can put that info to run the “Update the envelope custom field” which will update the values of the respective custom fields. Can anyone help me with this please?

When specific envelopes are completed, create a file with their contents in a SharePoint site

I have a power automate flow in which I get a document from SharePoint, create an envelope with it, then send it to users to sign. Then, I use a separate flow that when the envelope status changes, to then get the completed document and create a file in SharePoint with it. I have run into a couple issues that I cannot solve: This DocuSign account will be used to send many types of documents but I only want one type of document to be sent to this SharePoint site (for example NDAs signed by employees but not contracts send to customers). Is this possible? Below is the second flow I was using but it is works for all envelopes rather than just what I want; and after succeeding, it tries to then run the same final action many times and fails. (my guess is that it’s because the envelope goes through many status changes before being completed but since you can only have one file with a specific name it can’t create a new one for each status change). Is there a better way to do this? By the wa

Netsuite | DocuSign Permission for Sales Rep

Hello! Has anyone encountered an issue where a role (Sales Rep) is getting a message - "You do not have privileges to view this page" upon hitting Send with Docusign button in the sales order page? The document to be signed still generates. I compared the Sales Rep and Sales Manager role (can access the envelope) but I can't see any significant differences in their permissions that is preventing the sales rep role from accessing the envelope. Confirmed the following setting is enabled in Docusign: Log into your DocuSign account. Navigate to Go to Admin > Sending Settings and enable the setting, Allow sender to download form data. thank you
