We are sending documents from Microsoft Dynamics 365 using DocuSign

Once a DocuSign sent contract is signed and is auto added to the quote, the document name changes to a system generated name. This will make it difficult to manage contract documents.

 

How to retain the original document name?

Can you provide a signature of the before and after of the document name, to confirm where you are seeing this change?
