I am trying integrate the DocuSign in SharePoint library. i have install the app now but not working when try to send for signature.

Is Tenant administrator required DocuSign license for granting consent for app?

It is required to have a Tenant Administrator (with DS Admin permission level in Docusign) authorize the integration before it can be used. For detailed steps on this process, see:
