We use the DocuSign add-in for Outlook desktop and have to sign in every couple of hours to sign documents. Is there a way to change how long a user stays logged in to the DocuSign add-in?

You should be able to change that in DocuSign settings.

On any DocuSign page- from the top menu choose “settings” then “Security” on the left menu. The ‘timeout’ is one of the first options.
