Hi everyone,

I’m experiencing an issue with the DocuSign integration in SharePoint. When I try to start the “Get Signatures with DocuSign” process, I can log in, but the document doesn’t load into SharePoint.

I’ve already cleared my cache and history, but I’m still having trouble. Has anyone else encountered this issue and found a solution? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Are you getting an error message? Is this happening for all of your documents?
