Hello everyone,I'm using TeamTailor to trigger/get a template from DocuSign. However, I'm encountering an error message: "Failed to fetch config from partner: 'This User lacks sufficient permissions. User does not have the permission to the RequestTemplates method'." I've tried troubleshooting on my own, but I'm unable to resolve this issue. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I have installed the DocuSign for Salesforce core package in my sandbox. I want the recipient related list on contact with following fields   DocuSign Recipient Name, DocuSign Recipient Email, DocuSign Routing Order, Recipient Status, DocuSign Status Record, Date Sent, Date Delivered, Date Signed, Date Declined, Declined Reason I checked and found out that I do not have ‘dsfs__DocuSign_Recipient_Status__c’ Object in my sandbox that consist these fields. Can someone help me in adding this object or tell me whats wrong and what can ii do to get this. Thanks  

When logging into my account this morning all documents are missing and mu signature at the top is gone. Has anyone experienced this before? thank you 

Hello Folks,I'm reaching out to inquire if anyone has experience with DocuSign SAP Integration for Ariba and SuccessFactors.Before kicking off the integration process, the SAP team needs insights into the prerequisites, dependencies, and efforts required from the SAP side. If anyone has worked on similar projects, your input would be greatly appreciated.I have the setup guide from SAP on hand, but as I'm new to SAP integration with DocuSign, I'm eager to learn from those with prior experience. Any insights you can provide would be invaluable.

We have a client who wants to use the new DocGen features from Salesforce as they have a requirement for Dynamic Tables.Additionally, they would like to have a Partner on their Partner Portal utilise the same functionality (not embedded signature.)Anyone know if this is possible?

Docusign advertises pricing starting at $30 / user / month on their AppExchange listing (https://appexchange.salesforce.com/appxListingDetail?listingId=a0N30000001taX4EAI&tab=e)My Docusign sales rep claims that the edition referenced on the Salesforce AppExchange doesn’t work with Salesforce. If that is true, then I can’t find published pricing for Salesforce editions. Any have anything with official pricing for Salesforce supported versions?

I have recently set up an Azure enterprise app for SAML SSO, and it is working fine. However the only option in 'role assigned' is DocuSign Sender.We have in-company controls on who can send contracts, so i want that security group to be a sender but any new user across the business (in response to them signing a contract from another DocuSign using business) to be assigned as a DocuSign Viewer.Can i change this on the Azure Portal's enterprise app, or does this not matter? Inside DocuSign i have enabled soft account creation in response to an external signing request.thanks in advanceCharles

Dears,I’m using Document custom fields as Drop down in DocuSign gen template. My requirement is only send should be allowed to select the picklist values and for the recipients it should be read-only. Is it possible to achieve this, if yes, what should be Auto place text and anchor tags to be used. Appreciate help. Thanks. 

When I create an Envelope on an Opportunity in Salesforce and click the Save and Close button, I can find the Envelope, but I can’t open it to edit and send.Is there a way to have the saved Envelope write back to the Opportunity it was created from?And is there a way to open the Envelope and make changes to it before Send?Any help is greatly appreciated. 

Hi all,I am trying to send an envelope with MS PowerAutomate. I’m using a template to create the document and filling in the the recipients before sending. The following answer appears: "The email address for the recipient is invalid. The recipient Id follows.”What does that mean? I tried to type in the email address without dynamic content and checked all possibilities mentioned here https://www.docusign.com/blog/developers/how-to-troubleshoot-invalid-email-errors.Here is the actual error code:{  "errorCode": "INVALID_EMAIL_ADDRESS_FOR_RECIPIENT",  "message": "The email address for the recipient is invalid. The recipient Id follows."} Hopefully, someone comes up with a solution. Many thanks in advance.BR, Lars

Hi all, We are currently setting up quote templates in 6 different languages using DocuGen for Salesforce. There are multiple picklist on this template, e.g. payment conditions, which should show up based on the language of the contact. Is there a way to translate these picklist values in Salesforce and get the right translation to show up in a scalable way?A formula field could work, but would require changes every time a new picklist or picklist value is added.Kind regards,Loran

On a DocuSign form the recipient is presented with a checkbox group where they can select anywhere from 1 to 5 boxes. There are 8 boxes altogether. I’d like the selected checkboxes to writeback into a single Salesforce field to minimize the number of Salesforce fields on an Opportunity that already has many fields. Any ideas how to make that happen? 

Hi all, account.docusign.com refused to connect error is arising in salesforce, how to resolve this?

There is a Salesforce and DocuSign Admin who is trying to sign into DocuSign via her Salesforce accout but keeps getting the federated ID issue that doesn't let her log in.  We have reset the federated ID in DocuSign and is able to log into DocuSign if she logs in directly from DocuSign.  We have Single sign on for DocuSign and have changed it as well to see if that helps fix the issue but it has not.  Not sure what else can be the issue?

Has anyone worked on integrating DocuSign with Salesforce Education Cloud?

We are leaving Conga Composer and are implementing Docusign Gen in our org.In our current use case, users can upload photos (.jpg , .png, etc) to the Files on the Work Order object. Then we generate a work order using Conga Composer. The document generator grabs the Work Order Line Items and displays them in a table. Below the table, it shows ALL photos that attached to the related record. Conga does this by allowing us to Query the related images and display them in a dynamic table.  I saw in the documentation where you can use XML and a field based URL to display images but we are looking for something that dynamically displays the images without our end users (non-admins) needing to populate any fields with URLs.  There current experience is using Salesforce UI to upload the photos they want on the document. 

 I am working on a Power Automate process that needs to allow users to add an access code option for recipients whenever an envelope is created. While doing this manually, we can use the customize option and select "add access code" to enable the access code for the envelope. Can this process be automated using Power Automate? 

 Hello,I am new to using Docusign and I am having trouble with the connectors for it in Power Automate. I have a document (or envelope?) that when a particular radio button/check box is checked, I would like a different document/envelope/template to be sent to a different individual.I think I know how the flow needs to work, but I'm not sure what connectors and field entries between Power Automate and Docusign will get it to work.An envelope is completed List Docusign templates Conditional - check if the template ID of the template I want checks the template ID of the envelope If True: Get custom data field (I'm not sure what I info I need to get from Docusign for my checkbox field or my email field) Conditional - check if field is equal to TRUE? Yes? Marked? If True: create envelope using template and send to recipient listed in email field (not entirely sure about this one last step).Anoth

Hi guys, I am running into this error code: The request failed. Response content: '{"errorCode":"USER_NOT_ACCOUNT_ADMIN","message":" User is not an account administrator."}'.The action “when an envelope status changes” throws this error.Is this a “not admin in Docusign” or “not admin in PowerAutomate” error? There are no further information given.A few weeks ago, this action was normally running. 

Hi All,We have DocuSign E-Signature, used within Salesforce. Are any of you aware of how to suppress certain Opp Line Items from a gen template? They would be removed based on a picklist field on the Opp Line Item. If the picklist had a certain value they should not be included in any of the product tables and should also not be included in the total price at the end. I came across this but I believe this is only for CLM: SuppressTableRow Merge Tag (docusign.com) Thanks,Ella

Hello, I have established a group within DocuSign for the purpose of sending envelopes. I am interested in automating the process of envelope creation using Power Automate. However, I have encountered an issue where the "Add recipient to an envelope v2" action does not provide an option to select a group as the recipient, only individual users.I would like to know if it is indeed possible to utilize Power Automate to send envelopes to an existing group.Thank you for your assistance.Power Automate action screenshot (image edited to remove personal information)

Hi All,I’m looking for a way to make the expiration dates dynamic when using DocuSign for Salesforce.  Ideally the expiration date would be a custom date field on an opportunity.  I have found this documentation in regards to setting a RES parameter in the URLFOR() function, but this is related to envelope templates rather than gen templates.  Our Gen document rules are a bit complex so looking for a way to pass the RES parameter to the Gen templates which will then pass to the related envelope template.https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?language=en_US&bundleId=srl1586134368658&topicId=nxl1649872087756.html&_LANG=enusOur current process uses a custom button which calls a screen flow and at the end of the flow we will generate a DocuSign
