Hi all, We are currently setting up quote templates in 6 different languages using DocuGen for Salesforce. There are multiple picklist on this template, e.g. payment conditions, which should show up based on the language of the contact. Is there a way to translate these picklist values in Salesforce and get the right translation to show up in a scalable way?A formula field could work, but would require changes every time a new picklist or picklist value is added.Kind regards,Loran

On a DocuSign form the recipient is presented with a checkbox group where they can select anywhere from 1 to 5 boxes. There are 8 boxes altogether. I’d like the selected checkboxes to writeback into a single Salesforce field to minimize the number of Salesforce fields on an Opportunity that already has many fields. Any ideas how to make that happen? 

Hi all, account.docusign.com refused to connect error is arising in salesforce, how to resolve this?

There is a Salesforce and DocuSign Admin who is trying to sign into DocuSign via her Salesforce accout but keeps getting the federated ID issue that doesn't let her log in.  We have reset the federated ID in DocuSign and is able to log into DocuSign if she logs in directly from DocuSign.  We have Single sign on for DocuSign and have changed it as well to see if that helps fix the issue but it has not.  Not sure what else can be the issue?

Has anyone worked on integrating DocuSign with Salesforce Education Cloud?

We are leaving Conga Composer and are implementing Docusign Gen in our org.In our current use case, users can upload photos (.jpg , .png, etc) to the Files on the Work Order object. Then we generate a work order using Conga Composer. The document generator grabs the Work Order Line Items and displays them in a table. Below the table, it shows ALL photos that attached to the related record. Conga does this by allowing us to Query the related images and display them in a dynamic table.  I saw in the documentation where you can use XML and a field based URL to display images but we are looking for something that dynamically displays the images without our end users (non-admins) needing to populate any fields with URLs.  There current experience is using Salesforce UI to upload the photos they want on the document. 

 I am working on a Power Automate process that needs to allow users to add an access code option for recipients whenever an envelope is created. While doing this manually, we can use the customize option and select "add access code" to enable the access code for the envelope. Can this process be automated using Power Automate? 

 Hello,I am new to using Docusign and I am having trouble with the connectors for it in Power Automate. I have a document (or envelope?) that when a particular radio button/check box is checked, I would like a different document/envelope/template to be sent to a different individual.I think I know how the flow needs to work, but I'm not sure what connectors and field entries between Power Automate and Docusign will get it to work.An envelope is completed List Docusign templates Conditional - check if the template ID of the template I want checks the template ID of the envelope If True: Get custom data field (I'm not sure what I info I need to get from Docusign for my checkbox field or my email field) Conditional - check if field is equal to TRUE? Yes? Marked? Hi guys, I am running into this error code: The request failed. Response content: '{"errorCode":"USER_NOT_ACCOUNT_ADMIN","message":" User is not an account administrator."}'.The action “when an envelope status changes” throws this error.Is this a “not admin in Docusign” or “not admin in PowerAutomate” error? There are no further information given.A few weeks ago, this action was normally running. 

Hi All,We have DocuSign E-Signature, used within Salesforce. Are any of you aware of how to suppress certain Opp Line Items from a gen template? They would be removed based on a picklist field on the Opp Line Item. If the picklist had a certain value they should not be included in any of the product tables and should also not be included in the total price at the end. I came across this but I believe this is only for CLM: SuppressTableRow Merge Tag (docusign.com) Thanks,Ella

Hello, I have established a group within DocuSign for the purpose of sending envelopes. I am interested in automating the process of envelope creation using Power Automate. However, I have encountered an issue where the "Add recipient to an envelope v2" action does not provide an option to select a group as the recipient, only individual users.I would like to know if it is indeed possible to utilize Power Automate to send envelopes to an existing group.Thank you for your assistance.Power Automate action screenshot (image edited to remove personal information)

Hi All,I’m looking for a way to make the expiration dates dynamic when using DocuSign for Salesforce.  Ideally the expiration date would be a custom date field on an opportunity.  I have found this documentation in regards to setting a RES parameter in the URLFOR() function, but this is related to envelope templates rather than gen templates.  Our Gen document rules are a bit complex so looking for a way to pass the RES parameter to the Gen templates which will then pass to the related envelope template.https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?language=en_US&bundleId=srl1586134368658&topicId=nxl1649872087756.html&_LANG=enusOur current process uses a custom button which calls a screen flow and at the end of the flow we will generate a DocuSign based on data inputs from the flow using URLFOR().Thanks,James 

We are planning to create react native app and integrate DocuSign into the app to get documents signed by our customers.Where i need to start?Any help?

It doesn’t look like the “DocuSign eSignature for Salesforce” product supports creating/managing “Signing Groups”, am I right? (In that case, I’m going to have to use the APIs directly to build them, I guess.) Does it at least support selecting a (already created) signing group as a recipient of an envelope?

We have set up an integration between DocuWare and DocuSign.When having finalized a document in DocuWare, the document is automatically send to a receiver for esignature via DocuSign. However, the integration token between DocuWare en DocuSign has been created/requested on my personal admin account (which is tied to my company email address), this means that every envelope that is sent out via the integration, displays my own name/personal email in the received email to the requested signator.E.g. “John Doe via DocuSign” I would like to make sure that the integration between DocuWare and DocuSign stays “generic” and does not display an admin name. Does anyone have an idea on the best approach for this? We can try to register with a different email address to re-create the token - but does this mean we need to manually create a “generic” user within DocuSign for this? As we are also integrated with an SSO Identity provider, we would like to stay away from generic users as much as possib

I am using Apex Toolkit to generate the document and send envelope for signing. Envelope is sent. I need also to save generated document in Salesforce as a File. I fount that I can use dfsle.Document.WriteBack and it is working, but it saves only the File after the signer will sign. Hi there, I am testing now for a client using a trail account an Oracle HCM (Journeys) - DocuSign Integration.Things should be pretty easy according to Oracle documentation Configure Electronic Signature Using DocuSign in Journeys (oracle.com) however I can’t male these 2 custom fields work.They say in the link above quoting ‘6. Enter the custom fields for Company and Title (mapped to Legal Employer and Assignment Name respectively in HCM) as ORA_LEGAL_ENTITY and ORA_JOB_TITLE respectively. Optionally, you can add a text box with custom text or checkbox and other standard fields that DocuSign offers in the document. However, note that there aren’t any delivered mapping to fields in HCM.’My questions are:given this is a standard integration should I expect to find in search these 2 custom fields ORA_LEGAL_ENTITY and ORA_JOB_TITLE when I search in the custom fields area? or should I create these 2 custom fields? if i am to create them is there a way I can make them to pull the details re

When I sign a document using SharePoint online, it does not store the document as a new version of the selected document selected to sign. it used to work fine last week- It does not update the document in SharePoint online even it does not show the signature but when I download the document form the DocuSign account it does show the signature. 

Scenario: Creating a self-service contract renewal process. Will use a picklist on the Quote record in Salesforce to opt-in records to the program. Once in, Salesforce Marketing Cloud will ingest the records to a Journey. This journey will email the customer at intervals of 120, 90, 60 30 days before their renewal deadline.Issue / Decision: I need to be able to present the customer with a PDF order form to sign that would be generated from the SF Quote. The order would ideally have Docusign tags included so the customer can sign when they receive it. Having trouble solutioning how to get the order form to work. Looking for ideas.  

Is it possible to hide / remove the preview button on the layout of the page that appears when generating documents with Docusign GEN?The problem is that users click on the preview button to see the document that’s been generated but then they need to go back to the salesforce record linjed to the document in order to continue their business process. Therefore they use the back button of their navigator but when doing that it sends them back to the document generating page and so re-generates documents resulting on document being generated in several copies.To prevent this from happening we’d like to remove the preview button so that users can only see the documents from the salesforce record itself.Thanks for your help!

I’m testing DocuSign within Power Automate with a document that has multiple checkboxes. Is there a way to add multiple checkbox tabs to a document? The issue I’m running into is I have multiple anchor strings for each checkbox and they all show up, but when I select one of the checkboxes in DocuSign all checkboxes change to that selected value.  Is there a way to make each checkbox independent of one another?  Am not seeing this issue with the Initials tab type.

Hello,Has any used DocuSign Negotiate in that having a back and forth with a customer.i.e. if I send a contract for review. Can 2 users redline at the same time? or is it more of aAssign to user 1 who redlines and then they send to user 2 repeat…. thanks

In Salesforce, I have some DocuSign for people to sign sitting in Sent status. It will not switch to delivered status. I have even tried clicking Resend DocuSign Email and it won’t change. Advice?
