Has anyone imbedded the Docusign envelop signing experience into a Salesforce Experience Cloud site- without forcing the user outside of the site- no new window pop but a seamless signing experience in the portal?

Hello @SaltClick

Thank you for reaching out here, we want to welcome you to the DocuSign Community, I appreciate you bringing your question to this Community.

I apologize for the inconvenience, I understand that you want to embed a DocuSign Powerform or Web form to your Salesforce Experience Cloud site, without forcing the user outside of the site, with no new window pop, and with a seamless signing experience in the same portal

To better assist you, would it be possible for you to provide the current version of the DocuSign for Salesforce that you are using?

Instructions on how to view the version of DocuSign for Salesforce your Salesforce organization is using can be found in the Setup of your Salesforce organization. This includes all DocuSign for Salesforce packages, such as DocuSign eSignature for Salesforce, Legacy DocuSign eSignature for Salesforce, and DocuSign for Salesforce CPQ. DocuSign for Salesforce - What Version of DocuSign eSignature for Salesforce Am I Using?

Note: Some advanced features and options are supported only in specific DocuSign plans. Your account plan might not support some options discussed in this help topic. Contact your account administrator for more information about which options are available for your account. Or, visit our Plans and Pricing web page for more details on the features included with your plan. Compare eSignature plans & pricing.

Let us know if you need further assistance.

Best regards,

Hello @SaltClick,

How are you creating the envelope for your experience cloud users?

If it’s through the DocuSign Apps Launcher, there is a method to Create a Salesforce Experience Cloud Envelope Template. To control if a new tab or window is opened depends on how the URL button behavior is configured. However, I just tested something similar to this and even though I have my behavior set to “Display in existing windows without sidebar or header”, it still creates a new tab. At the end of signing it returns back to the source record, but you would have two tabs now instead of one.

If you’re attempting to embed a URL from a Web Form or PowerForm, it looks like there’s an HTML Editor component you can use to create an iFrame. Similar article from Salesforce Trailblazer Community.
