I use Zoho CRM and I need to send documents to sign.
the processo should be this:
automatically the template should be filled w/data that already are in the crm record (let’s say in a contact)
then the document should be sent using whatsapp and the sign should be done by SMS OTP Authentication.
I do not understand if this is possibile with Docusign or I need to find another provider.

I am not familiar with the integration to Zoho CRM, but it looks like it is available as per this article.
All the features you name are supported by DocuSign eSignature:
However, I cannot tell you if all features are accessible through the available connector from Zoho CRM, as this was developed and is maintainedby Zoho CRM.
With Salesforce.com as CRM all of this can be configured with the OOTB connector for DocuSign eSignature, which was build and is maintained by DocuSign.
