Although the refresh token is not yet 30 days old, and the password and ID for DocuSign have not been changed, the above error message appeared. If you have any idea what might be causing this issue, please let us know. My English isn't so good so feel free to ask me if there is anything unclear.

I am using DocuSign for D365 and after the document gets signed, a pdf of the signed document is saved to the Dynamics entity. I only have to option to set the name of the signed document to the DocuSign document subject, which is the email subject. I need to set it to the name of the document_signed. Is there a way to do this? Thanks!

Hi,I am an IT staff at the headquarters of a global company currently using Workday across our entire group, including subsidiaries in various overseas regions. We are planning to integrate the Workday Recruit module with DocuSign to send offer letter to recurit canditate. We understand that Workday can be connected to only one DocuSign account.Given this limitation, we would like to inquire whether it is common practice for other global companies to have HR representatives from overseas subsidiaries and the Japanese headquarters share a single DocuSign account. Recipients have to add the sign, initial, and date tags themselves. Wasn’t a problem when I didn’t use the envelope.

Hi there,  I have jobber and docusign connected. When I have an approved quote through jobber, docusign is automatically supposed to create a Project Scope of Work form and attach to the quote in jobber. This has not been happening. Are there any settings in docusign that I need to change? I have checked everything in Jobber and all the settings are correct.

The morning on 4th of June we had a problem with all of our Netsuite customers who use Docusign. Hi, I am working in a UAT Salesforce environment connected to a Dev DocuSign. When I send a document using a custom URLFOR button a DocuSign Status is not getting created. I see a ‘DocuSign Envelope’ though. Is there any reason why an envelope would get created but not the Status? I received the document for signature in my inbox, so I don’t believe there is an error in my recipients etc. Any advice on why this might be happening would be greatly appreciated! Thanks, Emily 

Does anyone know if we can send forms to contacts from salesforce, have them input information into the form and then use that information in Salesforce?Our usecase is that we have employees that need to submit hours on a monthly basis, we send them a form based on a Docusign template, they then get that signed and return it to us.However we would like to take those hours that they submitted and use them in further automation.Does anyone know if that is possible?

Hey Folks,If I have one DocuSign Account linked to one Salesforce org, can i use the same DocuSign Account to connect to different Salesforce org as well to save over cost either via “DocuSign E-Signature managed package” Or via “DocuSign API”? Hello, we have a client who transitioned from CLMs to Oracle Fusion Enterprise contracts and opted in to have DocuSign as the service provider for e-signatures in Fusion. Two users have their own individual accounts in DocuSign and both have full access to another DocuSign account which was used in the Manage Electronic Signature configuration in Fusion.However, when they started using DocuSign for signing the contracts in Fusion, the DocuSign envelopes are being sent from their individual accounts and not on the DocuSign account that is configured in Manage Electronic Signature. This is causing issues since they are having issues in Fusion and cannot manage the signature.Kindly advise on how to fix and what to do to ensure that the envelopes are being sent from the account configured in the Manage Electronic Signature and not from their individual accounts. Hi everyone, I want to set up an automation in Zapier that every Trello card opened in a certain list will open a new document for signature for that customer.The problem is that I build the template in Docusign, it asks me to add an email to the template and then every time I use this template the signature will be the email I chose in the first place when I created the template. Hope I'm clear.By and large, my goal is to create a draft from a template and then send it to the client via docusign, I know it can be done automatically, but I still want to see the document first.

Hi Team, I am using DocuSign connector in power automate and calling this from powerapps.I have not created any connector in powerapps. still it asks everytime for docusign connection login to every user while they play(use) the app.I want to deploy the app for 100 users and will be using one license account for this and that will only be the connection in power automate. why then it asks every user for docusign login in powerapps.Kindly suggest how to avoid login. Regards,Hitesh Nagpal

Hi, I am using Docusign for sending quotes for signature from Salesforce. I created an envelope template on the quote object with auto placed fields/merge fields etc. Configured to take latest document from the record. I created a Docusign Gen Template using the same template as on envelope template and linked it for sending after generation to my envelope template. We want to have 7 day void date contract pdf requirement which we generate out of opportunity object in Salesforce, and along with that we want to send a reminder after 3 days after contract is sent , and reminder 24 hours before the pdf is going to expire/void.Steps we can follow :We can set up this in DocuSign account 'Reminider & Expiration setting' Set "Days before request expires" to 7  We can put 'Days before reminder sent' to 3 , Assuming it will send the reminder after 3 days   We can set ‘Days between reminders’ to 3 OR We can set 'Days to warn signers before expiration' to 1 this will send warning email before 24 hours? I have created a zap to “Send Envelope Using Template” in zapier. The data is being pulled from a gravity form and imported into a Docusign template we use. In zapier the “data in’ section has the correct data importing but the “data out” in blank. This then causes the envelope to be sent blank (defeating the purpose). Any ideas on what I need to fix?

We are using DocuSign connectors in Power Automate to send documents for signature to recipients. I am using the "Generate embedded signing URL" connector. However, this link will expire once the recipient opens and closes the browser. If they reopen the URL, it shows the DocuSign page and indicates that the link has expired.

Hi Community, I want to use DocuSign for my docgen engine in my salesforce org, i have case, and each case has several service contracts and each service contract is with many contract line items. I am making a document in docusign based on case and want to display a table for each service contract with its contract line item. how can i configure the template in docusign to fetch the data and child data in salesforce? Because i need to send envelope for esignature and maybe the user needs to update a few fields in the document to reflect back in my salesforce.From what i found so far is i need to use apex toolkit with send envelope action. But i dont know how i can configure the docusign template with the merge fields in child and grandchild relationship. And if i use gen, it cannot be used with apex toolkit. My expectation is to send document containing salesforce data, child data and grandchild data and let user insert/update a few fields

I am creating a low code Microsoft PowerApp which uses Power Automate to connect to DocuSign. I want users to be able to upload a document in the PowerApp so envelopes can be sent as if they came from my myself. This would save a lot of admin for myself and would be a great way to collect the right information in the PowerApp.The Power Automate connection to DocuSign would use my login only for all users. Is this OK to do? We have an enterprise licence.
