I'm wondering if you could guide me through a process to tackle a challenge I've on the table.

I want to fill in a DocuSign Contract and send it to the concern customers. The issue I've been facing so far is that upon selecting "Send a Document from Template to Sign" module of DocuSign in Make.com, I can't see the custom fields that the particular Template appears to have.

There are certain custom fields that I want to fill in with a data source (G Sheets) and there are some other custom fields that I want my customers to fill in. i.e. Address, Company Name etc.

 

Did anyone face this kind of issue and able to solve it without using any other automation tool? i.e. Zapier etc

If I understood well your problem, you need to get the data of a document.

I would create a module “search eveloppes” to find the data of the enveloppe you just created! :)

Hello did you have an answer to your problem, I have the same need ? 
I want to apply the template to my envelope before sending it.

Nope. However, Pandadoc has done a much better job intergrating with make.com good luck
