We have a situation where we want to have our administrative department to create contracts in HubSpot, but have someone else (a manager familiar to the relation) send out the contract under their name.

It is currently possible to create a contract and have someone else send it out, but it will be under the name of the person that initially creates the contract.

Is it possible to change the name in the e-mail header with for instance a standardized name, or is it always the person that initially creates the contract?

Hello @Haike ,

Welcome to the Docusign Community and thank you for posting your concerns!

I understand you are looking for a way to change the email address that shows who sent the envelope.

This can be done by using our feature Custom Email Domain, however, this is only available for those accounts that have the Organization feature enabled, for more information, please view: Customize Docusign Notification Emails for Accounts with Custom Email Domains

If you also want to change the information on the actual email body, this can be done by changing the email Resource Files, this is also a feature that is not available in all plans: Resource Files

Let us know if you need further assistance with this.

Best regards,
