signed, document they don't reflect or get uploaded to the monday.com board

Hello, I'm on a DocuSign standard subscription. I have integrated DocuSign with my Monday.com board. Once the documents are signed, they don't reflect or get uploaded to the board.  During the testing period this was working perfectly. Please help.

If yes, what was their reply?

Thank you, Christopher. I reached out to Monday.com, and they referred me to DocuSign. During the testing period, it worked, and this informed my decision to settle for DocuSign. However, this changed when I upgraded to a paid version.
