How to display Rich Text Images in Template

Hello everyone,

we got a Rich Text Field with multiple Images and Text which we would like to display in a generated template.
Text is working fine but the images generate an error message:

Any idea how to work around that?

Hello @LarsHAZ ,

Welcome to the Docusign Community and thank you for posting your concerns!

I’m sorry to hear that the images are not loading, I understand you are using Rich Text in Doc Gen to upload these images.

The following article may explain how you would load an image in a GEN document : Image Merge Tag

However, as the article says: "This data must be either a Base64 encoded string of bytes or a publicly accessible URL, or an error will be inserted into the document." For an image link to work properly with GEN, it needs to be public and accessible to people outside your company.

Let us know if you need further assistance with this.
