I am sorry to hear that you have been experiencing issue with the new Salesforce Hyperforce infrastructure model, but I will point you to the best resources to address the situation. According to our engineering team there have not been any major issues reported with the new Hyperforce model but they encourage you to let them know of any unexpected behavior by opening a new support case. You can do so by filling out the form provided below:

If you are not able to open the case on the same page, you should scroll down to More Support Options and select "I can't reset my password or don't have an account." you will have the option of filling out the form or calling Support.
