Regarding the packages, please find below the ones we have:
- DocuSign Gen - 1.18
- Docusign Apps Launcher - 2.4.2
- DocuSign For Salesforce Lightning Component - 1.13
- DocuSign eSignature for Salesforce - 7.12.3

Are you using Docusign Gen within Apps launcher? If not, I would like to recommend you do as the standalone version will not be supported due to a bug. Using Docusign Gen within the Apps Launcher should resolve the issue.

To install Doc Gen in the Apps Launcher please view the following link: Install Docusign Apps Launcher in Your Salesforce Organization
To use Gen in the Apps Launcher should be similar to the normal Gen, you can find some helpful guides in the following link: Getting Started With Gen
