'View All' link in Docusign Envelope Status component added to a salesforce lightning record page does not list all the docusign envelopes. Getting error ' The requested resource doesn't exist.'


Ideally when we click on view all link, it will be redirected to ‘Docusign Status’ list view to display all the docusign enveloped created from salesforce. This was working fine earlier but recently it shows ‘the requested list view resource doesn’t exist’. We don’t have control over Docusign envelope status aura bundle component to modify the list view filter name as it is a managed package.

I am sorry to hear that you haven’t been able to check your envelope’s status in Salesforce as you used to, but I will assist you in correcting the issue.

 

The name of the navigation item you are selecting in in screenshot 1, along with its URL leads me to believe that this is not the option you are looking for.

 

Are you able to add the “DocuSign Status” Navigation item to your Sales Home Dashboard?
