Urgent: Cancel Auto-Renewal and Stop Billing Issue

Dear DocuSign Support Team, I am writing to request the immediate cancellation of my DocuSign subscription and auto-renewal. My account was set to renew annually on March 2nd, but this year, I noticed that my credit card payment did not go through. Since I no longer need DocuSign’s services, I attempted to cancel the renewal through my account settings. However, the system only indicates that my subscription will be canceled on March 2, 2026, which is not what I want. I need to ensure that my account is fully canceled immediately and that I will not be charged for another year. Additionally, I have been unable to find a support contact or phone number to resolve this issue. Please confirm the cancellation and ensure that I will not be billed. Unable to cancel subscription, open new case, or get refund

I have been trying since last April to get subscription canceled, get refund and thought it was taken care of until I got renewal notice in email tonight. It won’t let me open a new case to have them call me or respond to this request. So this forum will hopefully get the attention it needs to respond to the attached emails last year…. Testing Webhook connect using localHost URL (URL to publish)

Is there any way to set the localhost in the “URL to Publish” section? I need to test my localhost url and looks like its not possible. Do you recommend any tool to create a fix url temporary while I’m running my test ? I read about ngrok for example but I’m not sure if its secure.

Collecting Personal Information via DocuSign PowerForm

Hi everyone, I need to send a DocuSign form to 50 individuals to collect their personal information, such as bank details. I want to ensure that each recipient receives the form without being aware of the others. I understand that PowerForm is the right solution for this. My question is: Can I consolidate all the information shared by these 50 individuals into a single CSV or Excel file? Thanks in advance for your help!

How to prevent document from scrolling to end of document after signing non required signature field.

I have a document that I prepare that has several signatures throughout that are marked as not required and then one on the last page that is required. The problem that occurs is that if they sign one of the non required lines it auto scrolls to the end for them to sign the required signature. Then they have to scroll back up to where they were and then it will do the same thing again next time they sign another one of the non required fields. How do I prevent it from auto-scrolling to the required signature field? For context the document is for the signers to review and error check and if they are ok with a section they sign and if they come across something that needs fixed they don’t. The purpose of the required signature is so that they can’t accidentally click complete on the document before they’ve had a chance to go through the whole thing.

necessary signers are not receiving my document

The signers of a document I need signed by 5 people have not received it. They contacted me because they hadn’t seen it. I sent it on February 28. I re-sent it two hours ago - they still have not received it. What is the problem and how can I get this fixed ASAP. Time is of the essence. Thank you.

issues when switching signatures

May I kindly ask for your help. I am facing issues with switching signatures. In the past when signing I was able to choose between two signatures. e.g one with prefix ppa and one without. Now it seems that this is not possible anymore. Thank you very much for your support.

Template merge fields not working for PowerForm envelopes

We have several envelope templates with merged fields in the DocuSign email alert. For example, the subject line for the email alert is: Please Sign: {signer email address}. We use a PowerForm with each of these templates. We created the templates and PowerForms in 2022. In September 2024, I noticed that the merged fields were not appearing in the email subject when the template was initiated via PowerForm. I submitted a support ticket (case # ********) and after several weeks, this was their response: We have explored several workarounds to meet your needs, but unfortunately, the existing behavior of Docusign with power forms does not allow for the intended functionality. While the merge field works seamlessly for standard envelope sends, it seems we have hit a roadblock with the power form setup. They suggested I post to this forum so developers could use as a “new feature” idea. However, it’s not a new feature; it used to work. Also, there are DocuSign “how to” articles on this very

How do I link one of my Apps and Keys to only one of my connects

I am currently trying to set up my DocuSign account so I have on App & key for each of our pre prod environments (Dev,test,staging) I would like to have three different keys, one for each environment. In turn these three different environments will have a connect for each one, how do I specify that a certain app should only use a certain connect, I can add them all into each one, but it gives me tonnes of failed messages

refund

I canceled my yearly membership months ago during 2024. I was just charged the yearly renewal fee on March 3 I’ve reached out to DocuSign and no one has called me back I’ve also reached out to my bank I am just looking to get a refund process, but it seems like you have to jump through hoops and you can’t speak to anyone unless you’re opening a new account When you log into my account, it says I have a free account so I don’t have an account anymore, but I’m still being charged the yearly fee. I am looking for help and obtaining my refund

Can a signed contract be deleted without my knowlege?

I am looking for a contract that i thought we signed about 6 months ago and can’t find it. The company that initiated the contract sent it to me via docusign and I signed it. They have a paid docusign account and i have a free one if that matters. Could they have dleted it without me knowing it? is there any way to verify if they did that?

Login Requirements are not on my dashboard

I need to disable an account being required for recipients. I have Googled everything to do it but the last step isn’t possible. I do not have “Login Requirements” on my menu/dashboard anywhere. I did the following: Admin > Security Settings. The next step said to find the “Login Requirements” section but I do not have one. All I have is Account Security, Authentication Settings, Password Security and Account Discovery. I need help because I have docs I need to send out and can’t because it’s making the recipients create an account and they don’t want to do that.

Request to Enable SMS Feature in DocuSign Developer Account

I am currently using a DocuSign developer account for testing and integration purposes, and I would like to enable the SMS delivery feature within the account. However, I am not seeing the option to activate it in my settings. Could you kindly assist me in enabling the SMS feature so I can continue testing this functionality as part of my integration?

Template generation error when access to field granted by Permission Set

We are using Salesforce Minimum Access and System Administrator profiles for users, where they have basic access to objects and fields. Access to custom fields is granted via the Permission Sets. When I try to generate template I have following error: Could not generate document “Template Name” [103] Please ensure user has access to all the fields in template. 'Activation_Fee__c' Reference ID: f0ee0172-0614-47be-969c-d30eaf2c704d. I have granted access to this field by assigned Permission Set. When I set this field read and edit on Profile, then the problem is gone. It looks that DocuSign checks access only on Profile level, not the Permission Set. Can anyone help with that?

Envelope Information Sync to Object

We are looking to transition from DocuSign eSignature for Salesforce (7.12.1) to Docusign Apps Launcher 6.12 and I’m trying to get it setup in a lower environment for testing. One of the features we used in the eSignature app was syncing the envelope status and date sent over to the related fields in Contracts. When trying to setup DAL, I don’t see this being able to be configured, where it will update the field of the Date Sent. Am I missing something somewhere?

Upgrade Payment Error

Hi there, I have spend the last 24h trying to process an upgrade. Different cards, browsers, cleared my cache - all that was advised to me. Spoken to at least 10 of your support team members but no resolution has been given. I have been a customer for 4 years and I seem to be having lots of issue with every upgrade or downgrade. I performed a validation of a signature in Adobe Reader, which was performed on a contract, but it says that the validity of the signature is unknown, the identity of the signer is unknown, and that changes were made to the document. My question is, is this a way for the document not to be validated and for me to request the cancellation of the contract? Attached photo

multiple variable if statements in formulas

Is it possible to have a formula detect multiple variables from a dropdown tab using an if statement? For example, If([dropdown menu]= 9 OR 8, 1,0) → the goal here is to have the formula produce a 1, if the dropdown menu is either 9 or 8. currently, it seems to only work with one variable. If this is possible, what is the correct syntax or formula structure?

Can I send multiple documents in one envelope, but merge each document with Certificate of Completion separately? I understand that only one CoC is accountable for one envelope. However, I have multiple documents required to be signed by one person, but needing to be uploaded into internal company server separately. I know document itself without the CoC is valid, but I want to be able to merge CoC + each document for archiving purposes. I downloaded the files separately and merged this myself outside the docusign system, but when I open the file, “signature not valid’ appears on the top. Please help me if this can be done.

Salesforce DocuSign Apps Launcher

Hello, When using the DocuSign Apps Launcher in Salesforce, I’m unable to see anything related to CLM despite having downloaded the CLM app through the app exchange. I can see various CLM components and permission sets through the managed package, but I can’t see a CLM app, or a config page through DocuSign setup. I can only see eSignature and DocuSign Gen. Any suggestions on how I can remedy this issue? Thank you!
