DFS to DAL - Copy function not working

We recently switched from DFS to DAL and noticed the “Copy” button within the Agreement tab does not seem to create a Docusign Status record within Salesforce.

With DFS: When used the “Copy” button within Docusign portal, a Docusign Status record was created linking it to the parent object from where the original agreement was sent.

With DAL: No Docusign Status record is created within Salesforce.
