Suddenly colleague could not view the in-progress envelopes from his DocuSign

Until recently my colleague used to view all the envelopes, he is part as a signee in his DS In Progress tab. But suddenly he could not view any of the in-progress envelopes from his DocuSign for some reason. Any idea why?
