We have claimed our domain and also have sso set up. However, a handful of users need to be added to another's firm's docusign account for a specific deal.

Thank you for reaching out here in the Docusign Community! It’s our pleasure to have you here. We understand that you have set up your SSO configuration on the account, but wanted to lift the restriction on your users so that they can be added to other Docusign accounts. Don’t worry, we’re here to help!   

To allow your users to join the external firm's Docusign account while keeping your SSO active, your Docusign Organization Administrator must temporarily disable a domain restriction.

Please have your organization administrator follow these steps:

1. Log into the Docusign Admin portal.
2. Select Domains from the side menu.
3. Find your domain, click Actions, and select Settings.
4. Scroll to Sign-up settings and uncheck "Prevent unmanaged signups."
5. Click Save.

Once saved, your users can accept the external invitation from other accounts. Your Administrator can re-enable this setting at any time to lock down your domain again.
